Very nice staff. Bed was comfy and room was clean. I really liked the cookies at the front desk :)
Breakfast was hot and delicious. the extra room for sitting was great.

Comfortable enough and decent price. Average comfort but clean and decent room. It was only one night but the bed seemed a little tired! Good, convenient location but challenging street access due to corner location and medians blocking some turns. Nice staff and restaurant was handy.

Comfortable stay with welcoming staff. Beds were comfy, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was standard with the unusual standout of slices of deep fried French toast(not recommended).

Great hotel to stay at. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The best part for me was the breakfast, which included everything you'd expect from a hotel breakfast, but also with sausage and omelettes. Would definitely stay again.

First time at this hotel. I've stayed at Best Westerns across Canada from Victoria to Toronto, and this one fell below expectations of a Best Western Plus location.

Two issues: Mould on the grates on the AC unit. The room was also very damp, so when I woke up in the morning to put my clothes on, my clothes were damp as well. I couldn't sleep well at all, as I have sensitivities to mould. Did not realize this was the case until the night before I left. Upon check out, the lady working at the counter did not ask me how my stay was, so I told her, and she did not seem very sincere. All she said was that she was sorry I had a bad experience, and did not offer anything, not even a mention of forwarding my complaint to a manager.

Will not be back.

I had originally made a glowing review for this hotel, but my second stay was nowhere near as pleasant. The carpet corners/edges have dust caked in them, the halls smell bad - they desperately need air fresheners in the rooms and hallways. We had to buy our own. I had other issues too, but I felt it would be unfair to some of the staff if I listed them here so I've notified the manager directly and I know based on my conversation with her before that she wants to make it right for future guests. That said, I do still recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

Very nice facility and close to all facilities. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area is large and clean with a good variety of breakfast items.

Nice hotel. Kids loved the pool. Grateful for breakfast buffet included both mornings, but would love to see soymilk or other non-dairy milk to go with the gluten free cereal. Great spacious and comfy family suite, other than loud creaky floor boards in room above us. I would go back to that same room if issue was fixed.

Although the rooms were quite nice and comfortable, the workers that work at the front desk appear almost rude to us. The location of the hotel was conveniently placed close to Vancouver, which is the reason for our overnight stay in Canada. This hotel is very new, and the food isbetter than usual. Overall, I like this hotel, but not the people. The accent is nice though.

Very comfortable stay. Clean and bright rooms. All the amenities you expect from a BW Plus. Great breakfast with all the hot foods you'd want available. All in all very nice stay. Convenient access to local area and highway 1.

DO NOT GET ROOM 115. Never had a bad experience in a hotel.
1. You can hear every car that drives by(all night long)
2. People like to hang outside the window and smoke & chat because it's by the back door. It's loud.
3. You can hear every single step the people above you make. It is ridiculous.

I had to keep the tv on all night on loud to try to drowned out the other noises but didn't work.

I ended up maybe getting 6 hours of sleep in three days. Due to lack of sleep I have had a headaches , burning eyes, pounding heart , and sweating like crazy. My trip was awful and I have so much sleep to catch up on.

Really nice hotel with super friendly staff. We stayed for a week and really hard nothing to complain about. The room was a nice size, the bathroom counter could have been better, housekeeping was fabulous and there was a breakfast room every morning with fruit, eggs, sausages, waffles, juice, yogurt, pastries, etc. There was a keurig coffee maker in the room and the k-cups were good coffee. There were always cookies at reception too. The pool was smaller but along with the hot tub was well maintained. Ricky's restaurant on the property added to the convenience.
