While kind of dated at first glance, the room was huge, with tons of unexpected things. The beds were comfy, and each room honestly felt like an apartment. I was in 903.

Near from resturants,convention centre,art gallery and many attractions
The cleaning lady was very nice ,she came every day for cleaning , changing towels,shampoo and soap.
Good for price but very dated.need lots of renovations.
Our room contain fridge,microwave,stove and hair dryer.
Our room it supposed to be for non smokers but it smells so bad and full of cigarete smoke smell.
The reception men and woman was so nice and cooperative.
The carpets needs to be changes it is very dirty I never touch it with my bare feet.
Free excellent wi fi,free parking.
No A/C.the windows dosn't have nets so if you open the window be ready for insects.response / report this review -

Great location near restaurant gems. No a/c but would stay there again. Great view from room on 11th.
You can walk onto The balcony and feel the city around you. I sleep with ear plugs but be warned you're in a busy area so light sleeper be prepared.response / report this review -

Reasonably priced, within short walking distances to most places. Room was quite large and had a great view. This place isn't fancy but if you don't require that then it is perfect.

Thursday night in July $136 US out the door for room on top 12th floor with amazing views of Robson and the harbor, 1 comfy queen and a horrid sofabed for the kids. Friendly staff. Clean but dated. When they rennovate I will not be able to afford it. Cool kitchenette. No control over AC and inconsistent water temp. Would love to stay here again: views and location for the price same day booking can't be beat.

It is a challenge to rate this place because it was perfect for us because price, location, included parking, and had a separate bedroom. We are outdoors people, happy to camp, and would all definitely book here again. Google really needs a value rating for hotels, which would be 5 stars here. We stayed one night with 2 couples, 4 adults and there was no additional charge for 4 instead of 2, which some other hotels had. The sofa bed was comfortable. Narrow view was surprisingly good.
But there was quite a bit of "deferred maintenance". There was a palm-sized piece of Formica missing on the counter. The entry to the kitchen was roughed up, some of the furniture had chunks missing in the paint, etc. We tried 3 burners on the stove, the first two had very little output, but the last one boiled the kettle just fine. No tea-towels in the kitchen, no sponge or dish cloth in the kitchen (they did have steel wool and brought a scratchy pad when we asked for a sponge). Balcony windows with view were pretty dirty and if we had been staying one more night I would have asked for some window cleaner and paper towels and happily fixed it myself.
The refrigerator large, enough plates cutlery etc. Microwave and coffee pot worked fine.

We hired a car from here, friendly staff, efficient service & affordable price. Even though they were busy, they went through customers one by one with a smile. We'll come back to hire a car!

Love this hotel! Very affordable price and close to everything! I will not stay anywhere else when we are visiting Vancouver! Owner is nice and looks after us very well!

Super price. This place is awesome wonderful views. small apt rooms. living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath. storage places. pots, pans, plates,silverware,full size fridge,oven and microwave. floor to ceiling windows, small balcony to stand outside. free parking. rental cars and tour scheduling on site. room was clean and large. tub is extra deep to soak-water is extremely hot be careful
did i mention FREE parking!

Big rooms and an amazing view over the City. In downtown easy to find and everything in walking distance. Rooms are quite and neat. The service is excellent. A gorcerie store close by. A Lot of Shoppingcenters. Quite in the rooms with kitchen and enough to store the luggage.
