man, i always love coming here! everyone is super friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable, and just go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

it’s been a couple years since i have been excited about boarding but i am def looking forward to this season. went in for a new board in mid-august (hahaha), left having learned so much and with the perfect board for me (website is also updated bc i’m already looking at another board)! it is seriously so fun asking them questions bc i’m kind of a noob but they take time to explain things to me without making me feel dumb, which i appreciate =)

a little further away for me than other sporting goods stores in terms of distance but i will happily take the time to come here than visit some generic sports store - worth the drive, 100%!

As a beginner in snowboarding, I had no idea what to get and sizes to get an all that stuff, but Scott was very helpful and welcoming. He helped myself and also my girlfriend with our boards, binds and boots. He also put our binds on our boards and showed us how to adjust everything, you can't find that customer service anywhere nowadays. He was very enthusiastic about us getting into snowboarding as he is a snowboarder himself. He even recommended the best hills and resorts to go to. If you are a beginner in snowboarding, these guy all know what they're doing, especially Scott! I am so excited for this coming up winter season and its all thanks to the expertise of Scott. Will definitely come back for more goods! Thanks again Sanction!

The level of customer service at this shop is amazing!!!!! Charles and his staff are always friendly and knowledgeable in terms guiding you towards the right products for you and the prices are great! Charles even comped me with a few very useful items with the purchase of my new snowboard today.

Probably the best places for snowboarders, just do not waste your time elsewhere. We bought boots from here and snowboard from elsewhere and still they were kind enough to adjust everything for my brotherfor FREE! The selection is HUGE! As i said all you is this shop!

Bought several parts here on my first visit in 2012 for a skateboard and more recently I bought parts for my Landyachtz Switch 40. When my board was stolen, I came back to purchase another board of a similar model. Throughout all my experiences here, the staff seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing lacking is the selection on longboards. If you're looking for a longboard, maybe look somewhere else for better selection. Otherwise, it's a great store!

Got my first skateboard there. The staff was very helpful in choosing which bearings etc was best for me. Gave a a lot of stickers for my board and was overall a great experience! Definitley recommend if you are looking for skateboards!

I went to the store to buy my first snowboard today along with boots and bindings. Prices are in my ideal range because of end of season sale. The owner was very friendly and helpful in picking out options that suit my needs/skill level. He did not try to upsell me expensive boards and lay out boards of various price point for me to pick from.

Sometimes, salesperson from specialty stores would intimidate me but I definitely did not feel that here. Recommend any one interested to check it out as they have a large selection of boards and boots. I would go back in the future for more gears.

My initial experience was good. Bought a new snowboard and boots within a week of each other. Spent quite a bit of money.

Less then two weeks later both go on sale at really good prices. I contacted them and asked if they would honour the sale price like all stores before the 30 day mark.

I was basically told too bad for your situation. They would not honour it. Funny cause I was going to take the money I got back and spend it there anyway.

All I can say now is that I will never ever shop there again. I would rather give my hard earned money somewhere else.

I hope they are happy that they lost a customer but I seriously doubt they really care judging by the customer service you receive when you are not in their store.
