I ordered a sienna horizon counterweight studio easel fron s3stores and received it on a very timely manner, in good condition, and i am happy to say it exceeded my expectations.
During the process of waiting I also received timely and accurate information about the order.
I could not be more pleased with both the easel and the store. While I had no problems I suspect if I had this establishment would have helped me.

My experience with this Company has been a pleasant one. May I say that S3 stores responded promptly when I thought my equipment was faulty. They provided me possible solutions concerning my compressor simultaneously while they were willingly to provide me with another compressor if all the possible solutions did not work. I follow one of the solutions and the compressor works perfectly. S3 Stores was very professional and followed up by calling me inquiring about my equipment. I am very impressed and I hope to make more purchases in the near future.

I have no complains! I actually wanted to thank the team for the way they handled my order. There was an error in the shipping calculation process and I received a phone call about the issue. We discussed how I wanted to proceed with the order or if I wanted to at all.

I understand that mistakes happen and I was very happy with the personal touch of the phone call to make sure that everything was handled correctly. I also appreciate the fact that S3 Stores has a review process for completed orders.

Not even to mention that the shipping was very fast, and the product exactly as advertised and as I hoped it would be.

Absolutely awesome to do business with. I ordered off my phone, it said I ordered twice.Before they would ship, they actually called me and confirmed my order. Such a sweet call. A company called go verify I spent just enough for one, the ONLY HITCH IN MY GET ALONG WAS THE HANGUP OF SHIPPING. When I called a very patient person explained, this company is really closed on weekends, however, she did go the extra mile, and expedited my shipping.

I received my all in one pochade box, and it is beautiful. My paints fit, the box itself is gorgeous, and worth every cent spent. Fits on my tripod, the most solid esel ever. Stress tested in high winds and solid. I live where weather changes constantly but product remained stable and I painted uninterrupted.

I will do business with this company again. Order with confidence.

Not only did I get excellent service but the owner emailed me after I received my order, to make sure I was happy with my product and experience. I was surprised to see that he took the time to reach out to his customers.

So I felt I should take the time to email him back with my experience. I decided to write him because I am personally tired always hearing the bad or negative things. Don't get me wrong I appreciate negative feed back, it only helps bring room for improvement, but I always say not many people compliment or show their appreciation for good service.

So to show my appreciation for the owner Sergey Vorozhtsov writing me, but I also wanted to show my appreciation for the excellent service I received from him and his staff, from start to finish, as well as a great product that arrived safely, before I expected and great products at a great price.

I wanted to write you back not because I have any complaints but because I am a satisfied customer. Your website was great. I placed my order, and soon afterwards called to asked about the estimated delivery date, since I needed my order by a certain date. When I called I didn't have to deal with an automated system, I got a representative right away, and she was very pleasant and helpful. She even made a note on my order stating that I needed my items by the date I needed them, and I ended up getting them a lot sooner than I expected. Everything I ordered was in great condition and just what I wanted. I was very pleased from beginning all the way until the very end."

Awful company. My wife and I had a baby, we ordered the breast ice packs because she is in discomfort. 14 days go by before I had to call these people to find out where our order was. They told us, oops, it was out of stock. Never called us. Never emailed us. Didn't offer us a discount on any future products, didn't offer a comparable product, nothing. Don't do business with these people.
