I thought I would try Hakim for my new prescription. The eye doctor was so nice and other than waiting to be seen in store to pick out frames it was ok. They filled my prescription and I specifically asked for my first choice pair to be the ones coated with Transitions. When I got them back, the wrong pair was coated. I let them know and they said I had to have the whole thing done over, instead of them just coating the correct pair, unless I wanted to pay to have the right ones done. So they will only correct their mistake if i. pay or go without glasses for a while. Not impressed with that. It would cost them less to just coat the proper pair and fix their mistake. I even went through the BBB but Hakim ignored them. Buyer beware!

They cleaned and fixed my glasses that I bought at a Hakim location in Toronto a couple of years ago - for free.
