The room was clean but the building is showing its age. No restaurant but the restaurant at the marina next door was pretty good.

Not very clean. Bathtub was dirty and the carpet is quite old and unvacuumed, but the mattresses were firm. Functional for shelter, I guess. Note if you get the rooms facing the bay, you might get a light shining through the thin drapes from the dock. But guests smoking at the ends of the hallways on the second floor will permeate the smell to your room.

Right on the water and next to a pub. Awesome view from the pubs patio. It's a good spot when work sends you away overnight

Royal Reach is conveniently located near the highway, the beach, and the inlet if you have a car or bike. The staff were friendly and were accommodating to our needs for locking up our bikes. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was available. This motel seems fairly old and it should be expected that the decor and furnishing is outdated. The beds are very old, soft, and noisy. The curtains are not very good at blocking out sunlight at sunrise.

Location is the only thing going for the Royal Reach. We booked a room with 2 beds, one was so thin and old you could feel every spring and the second bed was a pullout couch from some time in the 1970s. No air conditioning and no air flow so the room was hot and humid, and the WiFi was terrible. Definitely not worth what we paid

Mattresses very uncomfortable to sleep on. There is not much service just the front desk. Picked it just for one night and would not be staying the second night if I had to.

Comfy, cozy, nice view, felt a little like bates motel, but overall good experience.
