  Adam Stewart was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were thrilled with his in-depth knowledge, dedication and kindness. We had an amazing time touring Guelph with Adam, while he showed us some properties. What we appreciated is the time and effort he took at each property to really help us evaluate whether it was right for us and suited our needs. His attention to detail was astounding and it was wonderful to see how much he truly cared about us as people, instead of just trying to sell to us as clients.

  My partner and I were interested in moving to Guelph and were looking for a nice home to rent. We found Adam online as he was listing his own rental property for lease. We found Adam to be very approachable and accommodating during our transition to Guelph. The house was cleaned from top to bottom prior to our occupancy, and we're really enjoying the area to walk our dogs. The rental process was smooth and easy and all of our questions were answered. We can’t thank Adam enough for his help. We would certainly recommend Adam as a local real estate agent in Guelph to work with.

  I was looking to hire a Guelph real estate agent to help find suitable investment properties in the Guelph area. I was pleased to meet Adam Stewart with Chestnut Park in Guelph to begin the process of finding properties that met certain investment property criteria. While it was a challenge to find the right property to purchase, Adam continued to introduce opportunities, and provide a strategic analysis. Given his insights and awareness of the local real estate market, Adam was able to find a good investment for my needs. Adam is helpful, knowledgeable and offers a high level of professionalism. It is not surprising that he continues to receive positive real estate agent reviews from his clients…absolutely deserved! Peter Georgiou

  I contacted Adam to sell my house as I had read previous testimonials on him. It seemed it was to be a better option for me to have someone who was quoted to provide a good detailed service as a realtor. Well that was the best decision I took!! Adam was professional answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly and was always available anytime I had questions. He sold my house and found my new home even through a pandemic, his service was exceptional. He goes above and beyond what is required as a realtor. He works hard to help his clients achieve what they want. I would recommend Adam to anyone who wants a personalized service getting their house sold, or buying their new home.
