Terrible customer service time after time. You would think Dale would get back to you after a month of calling his office. His secretary apparently passes these messages along but I still have yet to hear back. Is this how you run your business?

Dale has excellent experience of real estate market. He never push you for sale. I am dealing with him since last 5+ years. Got always positive cash flow.
