We did the final destination airplane room today for my fiancé’s birthday. The room was okay. There was a lot of hype on the internet over it. The video at the beginning was very difficult to hear so we started off on the wrong foot. There was also more than a few things that were broken in the room that actually inhibited us from moving forward. We had to ask for assistance with broken items thus wasting valuable time. It was very disappointing because we had the puzzles correct but couldn’t actually finish. Probably won’t go back; it was very disappointing. � it would have been nice if they let us try another room that wasn’t booked, or refunded us because it is one of the more expensive escape rooms in the city.

Our family went to Roundabout on March break. The staff were amazing!! We did Final Destination as well as The Prisoner. We preferred The Prisoner room as Final Destination had some technical issues along the way. We are super glad that we decided to try another room as it was an absolute blast. Probably our favourite escape room thus far. Thanks for a fantastic experience and we certainly would recommend Roundabout to friends.

Came to roundabout to do one room with a group of friends and we loved it so much we had to do 3 in a row lol. The staff are amazing, super helpful and friendly. The rooms were so fun and range from super difficult to moderately easy but all the rooms we did were mentally challenging. We are super satisfied with our experience and can’t wait to go back again next week to do the other 2 rooms we missed! 100% recommend this place if your looking for some clean fun with your friends on a Saturday night. Thanks roundabout for an awesome time!

Had an incredible experience with my friends at the Roundabout just North of Yonge/Dundas Sq. The staff were incredible. I was set up quickly by Samantha and Abdullah in the Ninja room. Very well organized and the room was quite challenging as well, as there are no traditional lock/key answers in this room, which made it extra tricky for my friends and I. When we (eventually) needed a clue, they were there to support us quickly and effectively, without giving away too much. Perfect for team building! I will definitely be back with my work group to try and solve Prisoner or The Butcher.

What a great escape room! The atmosphere was a little creepy (designed that way) but it was pretty cool. Only jumped coming up the stairs. Did the Final Destination room. The hints system was awesome, the room design was brilliant, and the staff was super friendly. Would go here again.

FUN! We did the MUMMY room, which was advanced and challenging. We needed clues, but still felt rewarded when we “won”. We had fun, which was the most important. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a blast tonight!!! It was my first time there, and I can definitely recommend roundaboutcanada. We did the butcher basement, and guess what?! We escaped on time! The room was well decorated and looked very realistic. Don’t bring your vegetarian friends there! Also I have never felt so welcome before. The staff was extremely friendly and the very knowledge about the room. They know how to give hits without giving the puzzle away! Thank you roundabout for this experience, we will be back!

I just did Final Destination 2.0 and it was amazing. I have been to a lot of escape rooms in Toronto and roundabout Canada is my favourite! They have great rooms, with unbelievable sets and design. And on top of that, fantastic puzzles! They are logical and challenging, a perfect combination. The staff were great and friendly. They are very organized and welcoming!!! Thank you Roundabout Canada family for proving us again with another unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it!

I've always wanted to go and do rooms such as the ones roundabout Canada has, I've heard great things about and and decided to try it out for myself, me and a group of friends (three all together) did the prisoner room, it was very interactive was a great bonding exercise and got us all thinking, the staff was more than helpful being understanding to some of the phobias my friend had and helping us if we ever got stuck to even checking on us if we had any issues, we had run out of time and they were even nice enough to let us finish the experience unlike other place I have heard of that kick you out right after! Made my money well worth it , and also gave me the satisfaction of being able to finish a room even though we didn't make it! Defiantly revisiting soon ! Love it ❤️

We were a group of 3 who did the Diamond Creed. It was great! It was the first time we did an escape room that used technology. It was very interesting and fun. We did not make it out on time but had the chance to finish it which was nice. We think 4 people should probably be the max as to not be in each other's way. The three of us did fine but we should have used a hint a little sooner. Also watch those time-deductible laser, which is a very cool feature. It felt like being in a movie.

The prisoners room was amazing but in the end they forgot to give us part of the puzzle. If we'd had it we would of made it out with 15 mins to spare, so when they came in with a piece of paper that we should have had we were out in 1 minute. It was a very anticlimactic ending to what started as a great room! I also figured that since a) it was my birthday and b) it was their fault we couldn't get out even through we knew what we were doing, they'd offer us something but they just said thanks have a good night. Like I said the room was fantastic but I feel slightly gipped. A GREAT birthday activity though!!!!

Only done the final destination room up to this point, but I have been to other locations with secret rooms. This room was not very original as there were only several locks and it was a series of events that were too predictable to pose a real challenge. In addition, we had employee tell us when were were stuck on one lock that the developers of the room made this hint impossible as it was an Italian reference that did not match the photograph we attempted analyzing.
The experience was mediocre at best while there but at the end we were advised the photo's had to be done through their camera so they can post it to facebook where we could retrieve it. Which was fine because i figure it was a great advertising tool. However, when taking the picture we had to retake it as it came out blurry. When the picture is posted, they posted the blurry one. Facebook timeline mentioned we could contact them through facebook for quick response, so i asked if we could please get the unblurry photo, the see the message within minutes and do not respond.
I feel like staff didn't care too much about individual customers and this is why i rate this escape room a 1/5. I've been to many more escape rooms where the experience is treasured from the moment we enter to the moment we leave to ensure we would love to return and recommend which was not given much emphasis with this location.response / report this review -

I have decided to wait, until now, before leaving a review for RoundaboutCanada.
I wanted to get an idea of how other escape rooms were like before making any kind of judgements as RoundaboutCanada was my first experience with them.
Everything about RoundaboutCanada blew everyone elses rooms out of the water. The puzzles, the design, the atmosphere, the staff, and the price for it!
There are other escape rooms out there with $15 price tags but they pale in comparison.
Trust me, the difference in quality and cleverness is huge.
The only downfall?

We came and did 2 rooms (Prisoner and Butcher). The staff was very welcoming from the time we entered. Although the reception area was lacking, the staff helped made the check in process quick so that we did not need to stand around for very long.
The rooms were both very well decorated which helped create the mood. The puzzles were fun to do and our group of 5 was able to successfully escape from both theme rooms! Would definitely recommend people to try.response / report this review -

I had the chance to beta test one of their rooms and I can tell you that when they work out the one or two small kinks this room is going to go from being very good to being great. Without question the best décor of any room I've seen in the city and a great location (why not go to Salad King while you're there). Definitely give this a try, especially with their amazing opening specials.

Our team of 7 attempted and eventually succeeded at escaping Diamond Creed; the hardest room. I've played every puzzle/escape-the-room video game, so I didn't know how engaging it could be IRL. I was not disappointed with the challenge, which had lots of layers to it. Only downside was a few small technical issues, where we had the correct answer/idea but equipment was being fickle. For example, flashlight was low on batteries so we were literally in the dark a few times haha. 10/10 would escape again.

Amazing staff - super friendly and helpful! The staff members were so much fun and made our experience enjoyable!!! The rooms are incredible and very creative! This place is definitely a place to check out if you are into escape rooms. I've been to many now and can say this is my favourite. Will be going back.

This was great. I only recently heard about escape rooms so when I went to try one I wasn't sure what to expect, but after trying Final Destination with some friends I loved it. It is so much fun and the staff are incredibly helpful. I came back with some new friends on Victoria Day and we all had the best time. Thanks again for everything. I can't wait to return.
