The staff is very happy go lucky and the food is fantastic. Been here two weeks working and I won't go to any other place for supper.

Personally speaking from my own experiences I've only had one time where I enjoyed the service at this establishment, that was over a year ago.
The food itself is okay, but too overpriced nowadays. Especially the wings..
Most of the time now I find the servers to be stuck up/rude. I would rather not put my money towards a restaurant where service makes you feel undermined. I'm always polite but when a server is rude after I'm being nice, well that's a reflection of them and not myself. In this present day service is becoming the number one thing in restaurants so I always say "if the food doesn't meet your expectations but the service is great, well then the experience was enough to enjoy everything just as well"response / report this review -

Love Rossco's. Never had a bad meal here, the salads are especially top notch. Generally do not go during weekends or for the "big game" as I'm always working myself. As one of the most popular spots in Medicine Hat, it tends to get busy. Keep an open mind when visiting on a Saturday night at 6pm when the Flames game is on.

Went for lunch there with a few friends feb16/17. Ordered beef on a bun, I was so disappointed it was the worst I have ever had. It looked good but looks are deceiving. The beef was grizzly and fatty. I told the waitress how bad it was she took it away and asked if I wanted another and I said no thanks! I said I would take a small order of chicken wings. They came and another disappointing order. They were over cooked and dried out hard.
We had friends at another booth that were not happy with the lunch they were served either.
Needless to say I will not be eating there ever again or recommending this place.

Really good atmosphere, the waitresses are really friendly. Food is always really delicious, and my friends and I love going there for wing night on Saturdays. They have raised their prices quite a lot recently, with the popularity of the pub going up. Wings have become more expensive on their "wing night Saturday". Drinks are also more expsenive, with lowering the quantity that you actually get in a glass. Their glasses are very small now! Still a fantastic place to eat with friends, the atmosphere cannot be beat!

Great service, excellent choice of wing flavours, great atmosphere for sports bar, only issue is high price on wings at 85 cents each
