Trust your gut feeling. Sometimes you need to make decisions on vendors or coaching or trainers. Before you make decisions ask questions and think about who you truly want to work with. They need to connect with you to bring out the best results. I hear about companies making promises and guarantees with their coaching to get the sale and it really is too good to be true. Trust your inner gut and make decisions that you will feel good about!

We often talk ourselves into charging the least amount possible for our services so we can give a "good deal" to our clients. Why do we feel that we don't deserve a fair wage? To run a business we need to earn enough to pay our costs, pay ourselves AND pay the business. Clients remember the experience much more than the cost. What do you think?

What does a social media manager do? We will create and post for you - in YOUR own voice to your clients. Seem simple enough right? Well actually it takes a long time to create a post that's right for your clients. We all have done many great posts that go into cyber land with no one viewing them. Why does that happen? A few reasons- 3) FB and others have new posting rules and if they are not followed your posts aren't seen. 2) Other social media pages have so many posts that yours get lost in the mix But the main reason is: 1) You aren't posting to your ideal client. We hear this all the time but you truly need to understand who your target is. Once you do, they will do the advertising for you!

Brazilian waxing is the most profitable service with the most loyal clients. Most estheticians don't feel confident doing this service. Brazilians require advanced training to charge top dollars. No business owner wants unhappy clients however sometimes it happens. How we deal with complaints shows your client what type of business they are dealing with. Remember to always treat your clients with respect whether or not you agree with them. Try to come up with solutions that are mutually beneficial. When a business owner steps up and tries to resolve an issue it goes a long way to building client relationships.
