I have recently been asked what a "bully offer" means. Simply put, a bully offer is an offer to buy a home that is submitted prior to the date that the sellers have indicated that they will look at offers. I have worked with a few mortgage brokers in the past and none have come close to the service I received with Harrison. I actually didn't realize a mortgage broker was suppose to do the things Harrison did. From spending the time to answer each and every question I had (and I had many!!!) to getting us an amazing rate to helping us acquire a rental property he was phenomenal. I would not only recommend him, I now strongly encourage all of my friends contact him if they are in the market for a mortgage.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Harrison. Even as a first time home buyer I never felt overwhelmed. He had my questions answered before I even had them. I felt totally in control and know that he found the best mortgage configuration for me. He was always available and true to his word. Hard to write how helpful and awesome Harrison is/was at helping us figure out how to buy a second property. He spent so much time explaining how our situation works and how to re-finance (and get a better rate) on our existing mortgage to get the money to buy our second property (also at a great rate)! He has SO much knowledge and is ALWAYS available to help. I think I’ve said thank you 50+ times already Harrison..one more time (for now).. THANK YOU, we honestly could not have done it without you.
