You could once buy a book which included a pair of glasses to help you read it!

Horrible customer service. Me and my husband (been customers since 2015) walked in prepared to get services worth $620.00 Wouldn't schedule me or my husband for an eye exam until the optometrist had her son's hockey schedule. We didn't realize that the business and client needs are dependent on personal life events ( I told my colleagues at work in Kitchener and they started laughing saying that this could never happen in big cities ). They called 3 weeks after we've been there to schedule an appt. Walked in again today to get my eye Rx and the optometrist wouldn't even come out to address the issue like any other professional business owner. I guess they don't really care about keeping their clients. Very disappointing from so called professionals.

I'd like to send a big thank you to the wonderful people who work at Romeo Optometry for today. Even when they were a few people down due to illness, they were wonderful to me even though I was in a awful mood today from the crazy morning I had and arriving late Dr Heather Blaine was still able to see me and take care of my eyes (again even though I was late) and a gigantic huge thank you to the wonderful Joan who resisted the urge to throw frames at me when my horrible awful mood got the better of me and I was most likely one of the most difficult people for her to help today it started out as a bad day filled with anxiety and disappointment and I ended up leaving the office happy, especially with my choice in frames, and hopeful with a plan of action on how to obtain updated and proper eye wear Joan I don't know what I would have done without you and I hope you know just how important you are to everyone trying to pick out frames and get them out of their comfort zone and of course making sure the frames picked out will properly hold lenses and are fashionable again big thank you to everyone on the office today and I'm so sorry if my horrible, awful bad mood rubbed off on anyone. I don't wish that upon any one. Sincerely long time patient Amie Kerr

Went to get my second pair of glasses from Romeo Optometry as the first ones were bad and I couldn't see properly. Had my eye exam and picked out a new pair. They tell me that they do direct billing but if you have a health care spending account it becomes "complicated" for them and you will need to pay upfront. Manulife, however, stated to me that all RO would need to do is call them, which they would not, to clear the payment. The staff is super friendly but I am quite disappointed.

Dr. Bathe is an outstanding doctor. She has always given the very best eye health care to all of her patients. She worked tirelessly to get me an appointment with Dr. Jellie in Kitchener to perform a corneal transplant, and cataract surgery. This resolved over 40 years of severely impaired vision caused by kerataconus. Dr. Bathe then investigated a very new technology (scleral contact lenses) which have given me 20:20 vision - something I have NEVER had. Dr. Bathe has changed my vision and my outlook on life like no one else that I have ever known. Thank you, Dr. Bathe. Keep up the great work!!!

To everyone else, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bathe as your eye health care professional!!!
