  The only good thing about my experience with this dealership was the finance department. I was so excited to buy my first "new-ish" vehicle, being that it was only a couple years old and was my first "grown-up" vehicle. I purchased a pre-owned dodge journey that was only a couple years old and an absolute mess when I picked it up. There was animal hair all over the vehicle, crumbs on the floor, finger prints and nose prints on the windows, old dried up sticky soda in the drink holders, a few broken kids toys in the back under the seat and gum stuck to the floor in multiple spots. IT cost me $280.00 to have it professionally cleaned. When I left the dealership to drive back to Moose Jaw where I live, the heat stopped working and it was the middle of winter. I had to pull over in Saskatoon and get a sleeping bag to sit in. When I called the dealership they could have cared less. I had the vehicle for two days and the battery died, I took the vehicle into my local Dodge dealership and they were AMAZING! they made sure Riverside Melfort Paid for all the problems to be fixed. However, I went without a vehicle for three weeks while my vehicle was fixed! I missed work, because I could not afford to pay for a courtesy vehicle and because I couldn't get a hold of the Manager at Riverside Melfort to get an agreement on a courtesy vehicle the dealership wouldn't agree to give me one, but the dealership was nice to let me use a vehicle for two days free of charge. I never once got a response from the manager of Riverside Sales to this day or an apology just a generic thank you card in the mail from them months later. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and hope nobody else has this kind of buying experience, I was super let down and made buying a vehicle a stress in my life I did not need! P.S. I work for a dealership and make sure all my customers regardless of budget, have the best possible experience!!!! No person is more important than the next! I will give Kudos to the finance team who rocked!
  
  01/12/2016: Follow Up: So my saga continues, not even a year in, I have replaced the brakes, the power steering pump and hose, and now I find out that the DVD player doesn't work (guess I should have known better to have tested it earlier) BUYERS BEWARE!!!
