Customer service is so rude and doesn't listen to what you want. Messed up my online return and I couldn't get it fixed elsewhere.

Lady at the cash was rude. Giving me dirty looks and sighing. Also, as i was in line to pay, i was looking at the boxers beside the stand and she says that someone was already ahead of me, which was not the case. Overall, poor service.

I have been buying AE clothing for years and loving it BUT lately I have been noticing that whoever is supplying your company with zippers is dropping the ball! They seem to be getting worse and worse, to the point where I am considering changing my loyalty to another establishment..
