This was the only registry near where I live that is open on a Sunday - very convenient. I found the service to be very friendly, helpful and quick. I renewed my license in under ten minutes and the fellow who helped me was really nice.

Extended hours of operation are very helpful, since most registries don't stay open past 5 or 6. I've yet to use the services of the registry, but the staff at the post office are abrasive, unfriendly, and come across as lazy. One phone interaction in particular outlines the laziness: I called to receive information on whether or not my package had arrived, and the woman on the phone tried to direct me elsewhere to gain this information. When I told her I didn't have the tracking number of the order, she looked up my item within 15 seconds and informed me that it had arrived. Just a bit silly, you know? Ultimately I'll continue to use this registry/post office for the sake of convenience/necessity, but I'll always be prepared for poor service.

Came here to get a legal name change. Agent tried to convince me not to do it and told me that it wasn't proper. Went to different registry, assisted me with no problems. Told me that the forms just take a long time for them to complete so not something they like to do. How lazy!!

I have been to many registry's now and have just assumed poor service would be the standard. That was not the case here. I went in looking to incorporate a business and was met with wonder service and guidance from the owner's son. Awesome experience.

Stay Away!
One of the guys that work here is condescending and rude. I literally work near by and when he came into my store to ask about a product and I didn't give him a response in 2 seconds he got mad and walked out saying he would look somewhere else. They are understaffed and not very nice people.
I've gone here a few times and have been unhappy every time. Look somewhere else guys and do not go here.response / report this review -

I just moved back to Canada from the States. Had to register for Health Insurance. They were so helpful and professional. Do not understand why they get poor reviews. They were the best and there was less than two minutes of waiting. :))

Absolutely a horrible experience. Couldn't say that enough. DO NOT , I repeat. DO NOT go to this registry.
Wish I had read the reviews online before I submitted myself to this corporate torture.
Officially made a formal complaint with Service Canada.
Employees gave misinformation multiple times, they are extremely rude, careless and have no respect for their customers or their time.
I will never forget how badly I was treated, and mislead by their incompetent employees.
I would suggest to the owner of this establishment to give some serious thought to RE- TRAINING these clowns.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! YOU WILL REGRET IT!response / report this review -

I have used this registry 3 or 4 times a year for the past 5 years or so. The staff there are great. Waiting to get served has given me quite a few opportunities to see them helping others, and I'm impressed. They are patient, treat everyone as an individual, are quite good at problem solving and explaining things appropriately, even if folks are stressed out or looking for something that the registry doesn't offer. I've always had good service and will keep returning here.

Been coming here for years as it's close to my house. Wouldn't say staff are rude, it's just that they don't care at all. Instead of walking two blocks to this place I drive down town now.

Will never go there again and will forever insist others do the same. Even when I don't get the same guy he always manages to jump into the conversation and quickly point out a miniscule detail where anyone else would brush it off. I went in there for a third time to have him refuse my bill of sale AGAIN because a number 9 was bolded into a 6. Seriously! I don't have time to waste going back there just because he gets a kick out of turning people away and preventing them from accomplishing what they went in there for.

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Be aware not all registries are required to charge a uniform fee. If you feel like getting screwed go here! Convenient location but skip it and head elsewhere.
