I was previously with a different insurance broker. I met Tim at a social event and immediately he started to network with me. He gave me some good advice then. He then actually followed up with me and got me to move all my various account to one place with him. He explained the process thoroughly and always runs me through everything whenever I have a question. Great company with quality customer service. Staff are efficient and help you decide for the best reasonable coverage. For years we were with another broker that only connects with five insurance companies. Switching over to Regal Insurance help us to know it’s always good to shop round for broker that connects with large number of companies.

Kanchana was my contact at Regal. She has been super nice, helpful and professional. We got better rates for our car insurance than what we were offered by another broker. She was always responsive to my emails and demands and provided all the information I needed, especially as we were coming from the US, did not know about the Ontarian system, and then moved to Québec and had to arrange for an insurance transfer. On this basis, I would highly recommend Regal and Kanchana.

I have spoken with Andrew Stap on a few separate occasions regarding insurance. The first time we spoke about home insurance and although I didn’t go with Regal, Andrew was able to provide answers to all of my questions in a very personable way. Because of his friendly demeanour and knowledge of insurance I went back to him for my wedding coverage and he was able to give me exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!

I've had the pleasure of being helped by Justin for the last 2 years and it's honestly been fantastic. A strange thing to say about insurance I know.

First he saved me more then I expected on motorcycle insurance, allowing me to keep riding when I thought it was going to be too expensive to do so. He knew his stuff inside and out and answered every question I had with more detail then I expected.

When we bought a condo and car recently I went right back to Justin and once again he delivered. We came away with great rates and coverage, and he saved me more money on my motorcycle at the same time.

At one point Justin thought he may not be able to get the best car insurance rate and actually suggested I call another company and not go through him. Pretty impressive he was willing to give up the business to make sure we had what worked best for us.

In the end though Justin came through and found us what we needed and saved us money.

What I liked best about working with Justin is that he'll answer any and all questions you have with an amazing amount of detail. He's always thinking about the future and where he'll be able to get you a better policy or rate. He's also just a great guy to talk to. Our conversations are as enjoyable as they are productive.

I tell friends all the time to give Justin a call, just to see if he can get you something better. If he can't, he'll be the first to admit it and nothing lost. In ever single case though they've been pretty impressed with what he was able to save them.

Clearly from this post I highly recommend giving him a call. If there's a better policy for you Justin will find it.
