Never have I been so ripped off by a business in my life. After finding out they were taking payments they were not suppose to. I was told to jump though hoops to prove i did not own the truck anymore and that i sold it 3 years ago. The policy was just fire and theft on a 1976 truck. They still would not give me my money back. A total of 325. dollars. After telling me they don"t make mistakes like that and it must have been my fault. l was told to SHUT UP and listen to them when explaining my case. Then one week later they did the same thing to a different truck I had just sold and still 2 months later no money returned. The total of that truck is a additional 135 on top of the 325. When I called back AGAIN i was told it would be in my best interest to find a new insurance company because they could not clearly do me any good. This time by the manager of the Amy Croft dr location. I am now leaving and going to a different company.

Very bad client care. The agents name was Christine, I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. We all have bad days but their is too much choice these days to treat your customers that way. I confirmed with one of my colleagues and he mentioned when asking All State was higher than his previous quotes. she replied "We charge what we charge".Very disappointing service, for such a well known company.
