Great little gym. Jason Cain or JCain as he calls himself really knows his stuff. You can tell he knows his stuff from his Little trophy room he has set up with all his accomplishments.
Gym has a great feel to it and JCain really has some top level athletes attending. I had trouble with some box jumps and JCain gave me some instruction and did a few demos for me. The guy can jump! I highly suggest this box.

I love the community. Everyone is welcoming and make you feel at home every time. I started with the bootcamp with the amazing Rebecca and have now joined with the regular membership. Crossfit is definitely for everyone and is about a million times better than a regular gym membership!

If you're looking to get involved with Crossfit, then this is the place for you. The extra drive to the north end is worth the coaching quality present at this box; Jason and Rebecca have done well to earn Reebok's endorsement through their focus on quality of service rather than pushing as many people through their doors as possible. The community is welcoming and the WODs are kick-ass.

Do know that if you join this box, do it with the intent to commit. You get what you put in as Jason, Rebecca, and their other coaches do earnestly want to know your strengths and weakness when it comes to your abilities. This coach-client connection not only builds camaraderie, but it helps them tailor the WOD to your abilities. Just joining for 2 months and attending only 2x/week and expecting a miracle to occur will leave you disappointed with little improvement on your part. Attend faithfully, push hard, and you'll eventually have plenty of reasons to smile despite the burn!

"Community Above All Else" is exemplified not as just words on the wall, but in the amazing community at 306.

Jason and Rebecca at 306 and all of the other staff members and supportive community/gym-goers have really made an amazingly positive impact on my life. After having 2 kids, I really needed to change my body and mind and in only a year and a half, I'm a much leaner, fitter, stronger, more confident person. I was addicted on day one. The gym is run by an extremely talented, passionate, super hard working and trustworthy couple.

Their 6 week challenges are a scam. They advertise 15 spaces, you register, then schedule a interview.
If you don't get in the first 15 interviews you are SOL then they sweet talk you into joining the class, no challenge, for a large price. It is their way of getting you in the door.
