The food quality has really gone down from prior years. Service was inadequate. I was over charged for a mistake of the server. I will not be returning.

The food was fresh and came to the table quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful without hovering. The restaurant itself was clean and had very original decorations.

We have eaten here dozens of times and the food is good. Problem is they are not even attempting to keep up with the demand. The level of service is severely lacking with the increased demand of the added population in Warman. Tonight we went there for supper (Friday night) and waited for 15 minutes after being seated before the waitress even acknowledged we were sitting there. She said she'd be with us in a minute, with no apology whatsoever. After 20 minutes of sitting without even a glass of water we got up and left.

Classic example of a "home style" diner that can't adapt to the times. If a quality restaurant were to open in Warman it would put them out of business because their service sucks. Then they would complain about people not being "loyal" and the big guys pushing out the little guys.

Took me over an hour to get a beef dip and a kids meal that was chicken nuggets and french fries. As well when I was seated the waitess just put the menus on the table and kept walking (this for the most part is the same girl every time seating and does this every time I have been there). And then part way through the main waitress says that she is off shift and if I need anything just to ask a different waitress. So basically I no longer had a waitress for the rest of the meal.

Food for the most part is good but sour puss waitresses just makes the meal turn for me. Can't you at least pretend to like the patrons. You should always get your drinks before you set a table. It seemed like an imposition to take our order. Come on you can do better than this. The owner saw our cups sitting upward..she could have grabbed a pot.
