  We went there 3 times to pick up our package, the first two saying it wasn’t there even though Purolator said it had delivered there. On the third visit, it magically appeared.

  So I bought a vape pen a month ago from this store. I went to try it yesterday as I bought my cartridge's on sale. It didn't work. I googled to make sure I was charging correctly. I bought from a young lady who I asked what if it doesn't work. She said to bring it back. I called the store this morning and the fellow say's there is no lady working there and they don't carry the brand. So if anyone wants to buy anything from liars and cheats have at it. Wish I could give zero stars. Shame on you.

  Best vape shop on the block. Legit products and decent prices but the best part of all is the helpful staff. A younger gentleman who said “I’m new” when I went there last week to return a product that was not working correctly. He called a manager right away and gave me a new vape within a few minutes but he was so nice and helpful. We shared some music and I was on my way. Also the owner or the manager who works mornings is also an amazing person. There’s another vape store just down the street and I have revived fake products from them. GO TO THIS SHOP

  This place has everything one might need. Best place to buy reat product for vape and good collection of eJuice.

  Workers are rude and don't know what they are doing. Not professionally trained. Even the owner has an attitude. I went to pick up my parcel after phoning twice to confirm if my parcel was there. I was told YES! I go there and the guy said its not here, it's gone. I trace the parcel after a week found out it's still there.
  This is the type of incompetence at felt at the store.
