Dan has been to our building plenty of times and is amazing at what he does. He friendly, and nice to talk to. Will definitely continue using his services. 10/10 would recommend having Dan be your exterminator

Even as a renter l appreciate good service. Alicia is an excellent employee. Very professional and good communication skills as well. As much as ĺ do not like roaches l do appreciate RatLab's efforts to get rid of them. Very much appreciate their service.

They were very professional on all accounts. From booking and arriving on time, to billing and follow up to assure satisfaction once the job was completed.
