  I had a business meeting to attend and needed a Covid test report on short
  notice, and this is where the online Covid testing service from Rapid Test & Trace
  Canada came in super handy. There was same-day availability, and I got the
  results report from the observed test in 15 minutes! I have since then
  recommended this to all my colleagues, family, and friends.

  I should have reviewed back in March when I had issues, but I am doing it now because they are still trying to sell to me. I ordered Jan 7, and I had absolutely no news, so I asked Mar 3 to cancel my order, and they responded within 2 hours telling me it was too late, that my order was already being processed and I couldn't cancel. The problem is that these tests were required ASAP, and I had to order somewhere else to get some right away. Now they are still trying to sell them, when I can just go to any store and get some for free

  Do not order from them. Ordered on Dec 25, 2021, took payment from my credit card and received nothing. Not even a follow up email. Scammers.
  
  Changed my rating to 3 Stars. February 1 2022, I received half my order. End of February I received the rest of my order. 3 stars for fulfilling my order but took 2 months to complete it without explanation.

  Staff was great & quick service and results. The issue that we have even though Rapid Test & Trace knew we were traveling to the US (and should have some general understanding of requirements) they still took our money and gave us 72 hour PCS tests even though the policy changed in December (last time we travelled in Nov we used them).
  
  We had to spend an additional $160 at the airport because the PCR's were not within the 24h required. I get the policy changed in December but if the company knows the regulations and where their customers are going they should take the initiative to educate - not just take the money and leave their customers with worthless tests.

  I ordered tests in early January and requested a cancellation before receiving confirmation of shipment and was advised that I couldn't cancel the order as they have shipped. Because I insisted then my order was rushed and shipped and product which is set to expire within 2 months was shipped to me. Customer service is the worst and will not assist. They gave me a 25% discount - that's bull. The product was OVER priced to begin with considering its being handed out at grocery stores for free now. I should be able to return and get a full refund for the product.
  
  Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase from this company. This should be shut down for selling over priced product and shipping product that is set to expire right away.
  They are as bad as ticket scalpers out on the streets.
  
  I had to pick a star for the review but if I was able to, it would have been no stars.
