  I got a full kitchen with Zen and couldn't be happier. The entire process from design to installation and finishing went smoothly. They were very careful bringing everything in and setting it up. I had a lovely interaction with John. He was always there with suggestions and creative input to make sure our final layout and design were perfect. Overall we are very happy and will recommend them to everyone we know.

  Professional, creative and extremely efficient! I cannot thank the team at Zen Living enough. We had very limited time to remodel our kitchen and two bathroom vanities prior to selling. My designer Ron was very helpful and guided us through the entire process and kept us up to date with any changes. I would highly recommend them.

  Jason (The designer) was great at the beginning, he walked us through the process and gave us great feedback for our kitchen remodeling, nothing but great things to say about him! The actual product (kitchen cabinets and counter top) is a good product.
  The install of the cabinets was disappointing, the installer did a ok job but I highly doubt the install he did in our home he would have accepted in his own home, as there was a few areas that were not plumb, didn't install correctly etc. There were several back and forth conversations with the Zen living leadership team to correct the issues but in the end it was completed.
  
  There were a few moments of this process that was anything but Zen like.
  
  The service tech did a good job with what he had to do and the countertop install process was good
  
  Overall we are happy with our new kitchen as product stands however customer service is not their strong suit, they lie we asked for our countertop cut out and one minute we were told it was left in the van and it would be dropped off to we don't do that option to oh look we have it then we go to pick it up to it not even being our cut out - such a stupid thing to lie about.
  
  When you are an Advocate for yourself and what you pay for this company will not make it an easy process.
  
  product is good, install and customer service - stay on top of them and make sure you Advocate and don't back down if you are not happy with the service they provided.

  Our kitchen was 23 years young and it was time for a remodel. We searched many options and places in Calgary and then visited Zen Living / Cabinet Express. Jason greeted us the first time we walked in the door and was more welcoming and knowledgeable than anywhere else we had researched.
  A month later we went back and he remembered us! We had our initial plans which he took and had professionally designed. We met again, he reviewed everything and was so helpful! We ordered our cabinets and countertops.
  Delivery was quick and efficient. Cannot put into words how great this experience was and it was thanks to Jason. He kept us updated during the whole process. We would highly recommend both him and this company!

  When we moved to our new townhouse we were short of storage space for my bedding and towels, so we had Zen Living build us cabinets. They turned out beautiful, the color and hardware matched the rest of the ones we had. All the staff were excellent to work with. The gentleman that did the installing did an excellent job also. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you Zen.
