Many people informed me that my data on an iPhone had been lost. Both my iTunes backup and my iCloud backup failed. I felt such disappointment. A 2TB drive I had stopped working. After looking around, another data recovery firm suggested Salvagedata. Given the quantity of data that needed to be recovered, the technician was able to provide me with an estimate that was reasonable. He restored my data and provided me with a free (refundable) rental of a portable hard drive so I could transfer it to my new drive. He was both warm and competent. If you had business-critical data or sensitive personal information, I strongly advise using their service.

Salvage Data 100% of the data from two smashed iPhones smashed in the sense of being run over by a truck. Amazing. I've used them a lot over the years and have never been disappointed. Very good system for initiating and monitoring job progress, and very good communication.
