Food is always good, and best pizza in the area by far. However when I picked up my order and got home, I found it was wrong. Upon calling I was told and hour wait at least for a replacement to be delivered. Had to come back down and now waiting 15 mins and finally someone asked if I've been helped. Customer service needs work when you make a mistake people!

Ive personally recommended this restaurant, Im not from here and thought the pizza was good. However, Iv since ordered and received very very poor service, questionably long wait times (2-3 hrs not during holidays) and was very displeased with what was delivered. Whats changed ? A good thing has gone bad. I will not recommend you nor will I provide my patronage.

I will not wait for food for 3hrs. Poor citizens of GP get stuck with buisness that treats customers like dirt! Yuck sauce. Bad delivery bad attitude bad karma

Absolutely excellent pizza. Among the best in Alberta. Does a roaring takeout business. There is on site seating. Service sucks really bad. Waitresses intentionally avoid looking at you for fear u might ask them to do something. The pizza however is good enough to be worth overlooking the crappy service. Just be pushy and don't tip.

I use to order there at least 2 times a week the new location would constantly screw up my order I would get the godfather pizza which would constantly change in flavour. Donair with both sauces I asked for came with absolutely nothing but the meat the woman I have to deal at new location seems like she's drunk. And got extremely lippy with me when I politely told her my same order 5 times. I would give 0 stars but I will always have a place in my heart for them. They just need to work out some staff issues. Oh and during pick up at new location staff arguing while I waited wasn't cool either chef had a piss poor attitude

Lakeland Location is super convenient. Last week I had the donair and it was delicious. today I tried the Cheeseburger pizza and it was the best cheeseburger pizza I have ever had. Plus they threw in a free medium pepperoni and bacon pizza that was equally good. Officially now my favorite pizza joint in town

I ordered a Donair. Had great service. A lot of food for the price. But.. I bit into my Donair and the lettuce was moldy and gross. Completely not worth the price definitely sticking to Twisters.

My favorite pizza place in Grande Prairie to order for pickup! Great deals, awesome pizza. Locally owned and operated and DELICIOUS! Craving their cheeseburger or Taco pizza now. Just opened another location too! If you haven't had Ramona's yet you really should! You are missing out.
