Receptionist has no idea what she is talking about and turning clients away. After numerous times requesting to speak to anyone but her she insisted that she is the only person and refused to transfer the call to speak to the owner or technician. Seems like her ego is managing the business.

I needed a replacement key fob for my car. I made an appointment with John and he met me promptly. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had a new key within 30min. I highly recommend Quality Lock Services.

The took their time to find the closest match key for a very difficult imported padlock which was left with 1 key!.
They cut, filed, sanded down adjusted till they new set of keys worked perfectly!
I was honestly impressed by the time and patience they had to make me 6 extra keys!
And they were very friendly.
Thank you, I was impressed by the staffs awesome service .
They've got my business from now on for all my key and FOB needs !!

Lost my car keys on Friday, placed a call on Monday morning, had extremely great service. Excellent after service experience as well. Had an issue (without going into details) and he really ensured my problem was fix as same day. And bilingual! Speaks French so loved that. Really recommend

Quality Lock provided us with exceptional service when moving our 6 heavy-duty filing cabinets. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that the move happened as quickly and painlessly as possible. The staff were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I would certainly use them again in the future!
