Was stranded and needed a tow. Thankfully I found Metro Towing and gave them a call. They were extremely friendly and got to me very quickly. They made a stressful situation completely stress-free and seamless. Thank you Metro Towing!!

I dealt with Metro on Tuesday and had a great experience from Christine who answered the phone to Sean who found my problem with my battery. He fixed it temporarily gave me a boost so I could get to my mechanic. He was driving behind me out of the underground parking and when we were both at the light he advised me my left break light was out. He was very personable with a great sense of humor. I would recommend Metro 100% and if need be use them again.

I recently found myself stuck in a ditch and was feeling incredibly frustrated and overwhelmed. That's when I called Ottawa Metro Towing, and Al arrived on the scene in no time.
Al was incredibly professional and friendly, and he worked quickly to get my car out of the ditch. What really stood out to me was how caring he was throughout the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable and safe, and he even gave me some helpful tips on how to avoid getting stuck in the future.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with Ottawa Metro Towing and Al, and I highly recommend their services. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, give them a call. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Al, for all your help!response / report this review -

very unprofessional. if i could give a 0 star rating I WILL. my car (which is in my mothers name) was towed by police to this location, ok whatever no biggie. after a week of being in their lot i went to go pickup. upon arrival employees were very disrespectful and unprofessional from the get go (except for the 2 gentleman that helped remove the cars blocking my car) we paid for the days my car spent ok cool. they made me walk through their lot looking for my car which was waaay far in the back & blocked in by plenty cars. this where my frustration comes. walking up to my car i noticed that they left my passenger side windows halfway way down - mind you.. we just had a massive snow storm - meaning the passenger side was covered (partially but photos shown below) with snow, also my keys were on the dashboard. (mind you the inside of my car was dirty with mud) with my frustration i went back to the office with my frustration looking for answers on why my window was left down. i approached the desk where i found the “manager” (mind you who was really disrespectful) the manager (the female) rudely respond with the words of “i don’t know why they were down i didn’t tow your car” i asked again she said “i’m not the one who handled your car” me being frustrated with not getting proper answers i left the office to go back to my car (i went there with my mom and sister they requested for a tow to remove cars blocking my vehicle) once i left the office the manager then made a slick comment about me to her co-workers that i’m “clearly drunk” which i wasn’t. with receiving that information it of course made me more frustrated better yet angry. i got my vehicle out the lot and then confronted the “manager” she stated that she was having a “rough day” and she apologized for that comment. i did not want the apology because as a concerned/frustrated customer that’s no way to act better yet as a manager. upon confrontation several other people came to the managers defence and they didn’t know what was going on until she admitted to what she said. i asked for corporate’s contact which they refused to give. the threatened to have me removed by police - which i didn’t care i told them to give the police my name cause i had everything recorded and proof of pictures. moral of the story don’t go with this company, especially in OTTAWA.

We needed a tow from the underground parking lot, I called spoke to Sarah who answered all my questions and needs , she arranged for the driver to come , the driver called upon arrival and was very friendly helpful and professional . They were able to get our van out as we needed and we paid a very reasonable and fair price for the service . Will use them again if needed. Will recommend them and will give their company as a referral to the apartment building for any of the others tenants as the building told us that tow trucks will not fit underground. Metro has there special built tow truck for this type of situation. Thanks to Sarah and the driver for outstanding service !
