I arrived 1 minute before closing, expecting everyone to be a little angry. I had just been told that my puppy was experiencing a food allergy and I was frantic to change his food immediatelly. I was met with the most polite and informed service ever. Trish took the time to discuss the problem make suggestions, even went to my vehicle and gave my baby a salmon treat. A week later I am at the shop with a friend on my lunch break looking at plants and mention to Trish that I wish I had brought the bag with me to buy more food as it had made such an improvement. Not to worry she remembered what I had purchased food treats and all. I was amazed and tell everyone about the service I got!

I love strolling through Quality Garden and Pet. There are always new things to look at, and the knowledgeable staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Last time I was in I bought some herbs for my garden, and got all the info and tips I needed -- thanks for the excellent service, guys!
