I consider myself so blessed to have Sukaina as my therapist. I have learned, stretched and grown so much. I appreciate all the various techniques that Sukaina has taught me and all the encouragement and examples she shares. Thanks, Sukaina. You’re the best!
Throughout my healing journey, Sukaina has been very helpful to get to know my true self at a deeper level. From the first session till now I was able to monitor my progress through resolving roadblocks. I highly recommend her, she has been an absolute blessing!
Sukaina is the best therapist I have ever had, I would highly recommend her for anyone whose looking to better understand their emotions, thoughts, feelings, and anything else on your mind!
Sukaina is very different from most therapists. She stands out from the crowd because she isn't afraid to use other methods. Many therapists I've seen only use CBT, but sukaina is trained in a variety of therapies, so when one method doesn't work she works with you to find something that will.
Not only is she highly educated and knowledgeable, but she's compassionate and creates an extremely comforting environment.
"Purposeful Change" is a perfect name because those two words encapsulate the essence of her therapy! You will not regret taking on therapy with Sukaina.
I started my therapy sessions online with Sukaina during covid, and even though I never got to meet her in person for a long time, I felt very comfortable during my sessions because of her caring and understanding nature. She has helped me gain insight on my own behaviours and helped me let go of childhood blocks. I have since moved to a different province, but have continued my sessions with Sukaina online because I believe she can continue to help me grow as a person.
Sukaina is very knowledgable on recent therapy methods as well as the traditional ones. She is also very patient and understanding of the patients' comfort level. My previous experience with other therapists was that I would leave feeling overwhelmed. I've been working with Sukaina over a year now and I kept coming back to therapy because I didn't feel like I've been pushed out of my comfort zone rapidly. Rather, this patient approach expended my window of tolerance of emotional discomfort.
