  I had very good experience with Dr Benedict Lui. I got my wisdom tooth removed by him. Before the procedure he reviewed the CBCT X-ray result with me, and explained the pros and cons of different solutions. During the procedure I was nervous, but he encouraged me and kept updating me with the process, as well as how much more time needed, which helped me stay calm. Dr Lui also let me know what to expect after the procedure, and I didn’t suffer too much pain- my wound healed really well in a month with only mild discomfort after drinking hot water. During my follow up check, Dr Lui was very patient and explained the discomfort, which is normal and expected, and advised me to let him know immediately if I don’t feel any improvement in 2 weeks. Overall through my experience I feel Dr Lui has great skills and I have been taken good care of.

  Dr. Lui is extremely rude and a liar. He told me that I have 3 cavities. I was skeptical as I have only had 2 cavities in the past. So having 3 all at once is pretty unbelievable, especially since this was the first time that I met him.
  In addition, he did not take an x-ray and simply took a quick look to come to conclude that I have 3 cavities. He also didn't tell me where the cavities were. When asked, he hurriedly and anxiously answered.
  I went to a different dental office to get a second opinion and their dentist said that I don't have any cavities and that my teeth were fine asides a few stains.
  
  As for his rudeness, he was very impatient and got frustrated with me easily. He was rough and appeared hurried. I thought he was just simply brutally honest before I went to get a second opinion but he was just a straightforward liar. After my appointment with him, I spotted him pacing anxiously. Not what you would want to see from someone who is being relied on for well practiced and ethical dental care.

  I usually hate going to dentist. I was very terrified before coming to here. However, Dr Yuan did a fantastic job. She is very patient and she explained to me all the steps. I also have few questions about my teeth, she answered all the questions clearly. The assistant Alysha was very good as well. The receptionist explained all the cost to me patiently. Very well organized and clean. Great experience. Recommend this destiny place to other people.

  I typically don’t like going to the dentist. However, the wait was short and the staff were very friendly. Came to get my teeth cleaned and the hygienist recommended affordable ways to keep it clean! The dentist also came to do a quick check up and was very clear in explaining ways to prevent cavities. Definitely worth coming as they made the environment comfortable and welcoming.

  Receptionist and the dentist assistant are nice and friendly. Not the dentist herself. I had been to a lot of dental office, never in my life got rush in an appointment. Dentist kept looking at her monitor to see her appointments. (Maybe this offfice is fully booked.) She told me I need to clean 1/2 year minimum (but my teeth are healthy no cavities or what’s not), very pushy, attitude was liked “Puff. I don’t believe you are not going to in every 6 months)
  
  Had been lying down for the whole process without rinsing my mouth until she literally finished everything at the end.
  Though Haven’t been to a dental office for 1 + 1/2 year, after the “cleaning”, my teeth are still yellow. Some are still brown.
  I’m going back to my previous dentist for sure. Not coming back for sure. for this kind of service, attitude and price, you can find any dentist for sure in GTA.
