Paul was super professional and was actually super busy but took the time to prioritize us given our dire situation. Paul came in, saw what the problem was and immediately fixed the issue quick and professionally. I don’t know why he wasn’t shown on google during my plumber search but I would HIGHLY recommend Paul!! Also took the time to let us inspect the finished product and to give us best practices to maintain our stuff. Excellent experience 5*

Paul is a very experienced plumbing and heating professional. He used drainage camera to identify accurately the location of my broken underground drainage. The follow-up repair work was done professionally in coordination with other sub-contractors in a timely manner. He also upgraded the sump pump with alarm to improve resilience of my house drainage system. The cost of these repairs was reasonable. On another occasion, Paul serviced the high efficiency boiler in my home and recitified the problem quickly. I highly recommend his service.

I’ve used Proflow a couple of times now for heating and plumbing jobs and had a good experience on each occasion. Paul is prompt, knowledgeable and explains things so your questions are answered. His prices have been reasonable and fair, and he gets the work done efficiently. Would definitely use him again if needed and recommend him to others. Thanks, Paul!

Paul is nice and professional on plumbing and heating. We had done several project with him. He explained the details and the procedure of works to me and my mom patiently. Now our water faucet not leaking anymore. The price he charge is fare. Really appreciate for his hard working!! super recommand!

I used Google to look for plumbing company and decided to contact Proflow to fix the leak behind the shower wall to the ceiling below. Paul came by on time, quickly diagnosed the leak come from the shower head and fix in 5 minutes. Paul is professional, experience plumber, will recommend to anyone need a plumping services.
