We contacted Living Water Plumbing to repair our gas fireplace heater. The employee [P.] that came to our home was not qualified to do this particular job. I wish he would've admitted that this was beyond his expertise, and recommended someone else. He tried to repair it on numerous occasions without success. This took place over 4 months - yes, I was very patient-- and becoming more frustrated all the time. P convinced us to purchase a new component for the fireplace heater. Somehow he inadvertently damaged this component during his attempts to get the fireplace going. Eventually, the employee P gave up & called a local fireplace company to complete the job. Within 1 visit, our fireplace was repaired by this new company, without needing any new components. We had purchased this new component for no reason. This new company also confirmed that the Living Water Company employee [P] had damaged the component, making it un-usable. We paid $385 for this un-necessary component, now broken & of no use to anyone. Although Living Water promised to compensate us for this expense, to date we have not received any money.

Stew and Travis arrived promptly after i had just called them for a plugged drain. It was a messy job but they went at it like its nothing and got it unplugged. The price stew gave me was very reasonable and way better than Mr rooter when i previously had a similar problem. Will stick to this company for now, best company in kelowna!
