Prime Insurance and the broker Vir are both not good. They are clueless when it comes to doing a simple vehicle insurance. I strongly recommend that use any other agency but not this one. You will definitely regret it.

Vir that works at this place is extremely egotistical and does not apologize after making mistakes. She totally messed up my insurance policy. I think that its best to avoid this place. They do not explain anything to you and want you to sign important papers a big stack load right away.

This place is full of illiterate people. Broker Vir was sleeping when she did our Auto-plan at Absolute car dealership. For our audi q7. She put the monthly payments from someone else's account. I have talked with her today Feb 2 2022 and she did not admit her mistake instead stared to argue. Please friends avoid this place. Mannerless management not worth your time.

i went in there today, and dealt with Sharan. Had to do multiple insurance procedures for a few cars; renewing insurance, ownership changes, and policy changes. Sharan was extremely competent, quick, and personable! What a wonderful experience! I will go there from hereon in! You should too!! Cheers!

This is the best place to buy cargo and commercial insurance, I had a bad experience with a different insurance agency named murric insurance located in New Westminster. Name of the agent that was doing my application was Doris, she promised to get my cargo insurance done within 10 business days. After the 10 days passed, Doris was ignoring my emails phone calls ect so I gave up from that place. Then I found this amazing agency I spoke with a lady first she was very friendly, she forwarded my information
To kuljeet within agency. I spoke with him he sent me an application to fill up. After the phone call. I submitted the application and he promised me to get it done within the next two, three business days. He was friendly polite professional and a man of his words he got it done and today I have my insurance certificate. I'll definitely come back here for any insurance needs including business needs, Because this place is very awesome and very professional.response / report this review
