So this place is ALWAYS busy and I was actually hesitant to try it when a coworker suggested. For some reason I assumed it would just be bland and Americanized and was most likely popular for a happy hour.

Ordered tonight and they sent us the wrong kind of wings at first, but replaced them free of charge! Very affordable and came in 15 minutes on god awful roads! Overal impressed.

Basic, Canadian pizza. Friendly service. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the shop. Typically, franchise shops like this are gross.

I've been a loyal customer of urs for a long time. My order never changes. I have a specific pizza. Large thing crust. With pepperoni and bacon crumble. Cut in 6 slices. Lightly done. The man who speaks no English wanted to save me money and have me large peppering pizza on regular crust.. how about just make the order the way a customer wants not the way you want.. very disappointing. No apologies either. Please learn English or listen to customers. Better luck next time
