I love chicken delight but I don't get it why some stores have problem to make me fresh fried chicken when I ask and the one on Roblin always make me fresh so I love that store and the owner is so friendly.

I ordered from the location on St. Annes, Winnipeg, Manitoba (which is only a 5 min drive, if i had a vehicle i would of picked it up myself), well they told me the wait would be an hour i waited an hour and 15 minutes and the food was cold. so i called back to the store and got the WORST customer service, i asked to speak with the manager and the guy told me he was. He didn't apologize and just got really defensive and told me they would just come pick up the food and he was really rude about it to, didn't offer me a new meal nothing, my kids and i were waiting for over an hour already they were so hungry. I cant wait another hour and order from another place, they needed to eat. I will never order from there again bad customer service and bad food!!!

I love Chicken Delight a lot, and they have some of my favourite fries and chicken. However, on July 24, 2013, between 7:30 and 8:00 PM, my visit was deemed unsatisfactory. We ordered a ten piece, large fries and gravy, and she said it will be a 15 minute wait, which was OK. Once everything was prepared, the fries appeared to be "burnt," although it was just overcooked. The employee said they were "burnt," which one other customer said she likes them that way, and the employee showed her, as well as myself, the fries, and the employee stated she would rather give fries away for free than trash them. The employee gave the fries to the customer, despite me stating the fries looked OK. So the employee had to prepare another batch of fries, while I had to wait again. And I asked if I get anything for free, which she refused, This is unfair, because she gave fries away to someone who didn't originally order any. I stated it was unfair, which she laughed off and said sorry. Take my advice: Go elsewhere. Disappointing.
