Incredible views from the two peaks on this hike! Very windy at the top (thanksgiving weekend 2017).
The southeast trailhead is about an hour hike to the meadows where a short scramble gets you to the top of the ridge or the top of sunrise hill where you can see the flag.
Classic early/late season hike. One of the easiest hikes to the top of a mountain in the area, lots of uphill, but very rewarding views. Starting from the North is easier in my opinion as you get to drive up some of the elevation, but knowing where to stop can be tricky, fortunately the trail shows up in Google maps so you should be able to figure it out. Definitely one of my favorites as you can be up and down in as little as 3ish hours, if I'm at the trailhead for 8, I can be back in YYC around lunch time.
