They give you small portions of everything. No cutlery, no tissues, jeez they even forgot our drinks and they are taking a while to give you everything you need not being a demanding customer but damn the service is so poor. I was standing in front the cashier and no one is ordering but me the cashier didn’t even approach me at all he was just staring like sure we can play a staring game now or you’re letting me order food? Try another popeyes this one is not the best. So far best services i went to was the one in Fanshawe park near Adelaide St. They give you a lot there as per gravy they give you full but in this popeyes your gravy is 3 spoonfuls for 2.19 dollars where’s the Justice there? but seriously we’re not going back here anymore. Our first and definitely the last visit.

Check your order before you leave. Specifically asked for dark meat THREE times. Left to check and STILL got white meat. Are u sure your staff is trained properly? Ask the fat guy for more details. Was told if the order has left the counter then there’s nothing he can do then hoe about remake the order? And don’t give your customer attitudes

Would give less stars if I could. Delivered my 2 orders of onion rings in one box, causing confusion as I do not know their order sizes, so how should I know that 2 regulars are inside a medium box? I'm assuming I spoke with a manager, or at least the kitchen lead, when I called back to confirm I had received my 2 sides and complain that I had been sent a 2L of Coca-Cola, which I had specified as Diet Coke seeing as I am diabetic. I would never let a restaurant serve in this way, whether delivery or not, and with over 9 years of restaurant experience and 2 years of culinary education I am extremely disappointed, regardless of being fast food . Run your business better.

I would not give even a single star if I could. I have got the worst service ever from any Popeye's location. I got the coupon from Popeye's website which was specific for this location. On the coupon it was mentioned that I could get 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 regular sides for $14.99 and the validity of the coupon is till 19 November 2017. Their representative on front denied first to accept the coupon but after consulting with the other lady (may be manager) he accepted that coupon but he charged $16.99 for the same deal instead of $14.99. When I noticed later on the receipt and asked him that coupon has different amount then he gave some weird reasons that the Popeyes corporate gave the deal and we dont have any responsibility of this deal but if that was the case he should informed me before charging me extra money and should show me the good manners of customer service when I asked him to compensate my money by offering any side or drink. My question here then why did they put the EXPIRY DATE on coupon? Other than that while I was ordering they did not ask that if I like to take out or dine in. I was with my family so had a plan of dine in but when they delivered my order they gave my food in paper bag without any plates. They did not even clean the table and my daughter cleaned the table before start eating. I also ordered sweet heat sauce and they charged money for that but when I got the order that sauce was missing and even they did not give any regular ketchup sachet. I had to request again for that sauce. I am a regular customer of Popeyes and had it before at Wellington street location in London and many locations in Toronto and they all have exceptional customer service. I must say that it was my horrible experience and I am totally disappointed from their service. This was my first and last visit on that particular location and I would even recommend others to NEVER visit this pathetic place ever. I would suggest the management to take serious action and train their employee the basic customer service manners.

Terrible Manager who was shouting at a customer without getting the facts right. A customer came in to place an order and the guy at the cash made a mistake. when the customer complained about the order the manager kept saying that was what the customer ordered without waiting for the staff to speak as she was not present when the order was placed. Eventually the staff apologized but the manager was already very rude to the customer. This happened today Saturday September 23rd at 1pm.

Food quality is so bad and unhealthy. I had got fever and virus in my stomach directly after eating a meal from there. I ordered a sandwich and there were no chicken inside it only an old overly fried crunchy layer in it. Really this place serves a trash not food

Portions are small and they forgot to give us cutlery and sauces. That being said, the food is very good for fast food. Great biscuits.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken combo. Didn't get the correct order they said they couldn't re send me another order so wasted my money I'd like to get in touch with the owner. I've always specified my orders the past 3 years.

Always fresh! Best biscuits ever! Normally there is a wait on chicken tenders. No wait for bone in chicken though. Always friendly service. Not once have they ever mixed up my order.

First time today
Had the combo 3 spicy chicken w cajun fries and a biscuit.
Was very good actually. I even say much better then KFC as of late.

food is stale, served dried up overcooked shrimps, the corn is a total disappointment, over boiled and absolutely no flavour, wouldnt eat it even if it's free, let alone paying for it. Staffs were friendly though, just very poor quality food for the money, will not visit again.

I went there and order a family mean and all I heard was a female worker insulting the cook in the back . Told him he was lazy. And oh did u want a metal for actually working. That is for behind close doors not for customers to see. They were looking for manager at the time for it. I was thinking I would fire her butt for the disrepect to employees.

The food has been good, but they didn't have chicken at 12noon so the wait was extensive, and the television always tuned into the religious channel continues to feel unsettling and exclusionary. On one occasion I was dismayed to witness a male supervisor or manager belittling a female employee with micromanaging vitriol. I only go to this location if my schedule offers no alternative.
