Well , we ordered after looking at the menu popcorn was servedafterede about 10 mins, my son's order camelooking good.but my order and his wife came very late coz my son's dinner was done and ours have not been served not until we call the server telling them my son's meal was done when will our dinner will serve . Then after a few minutes it came . Seems it was done but wasn't serve right away coz the soup temperature isn't no longer a hot soup no more . Desert came very soon as well as the fresh smoothie. That's why when the bill came , I didn't complain but very hesitant to give tips.Dont know when I will come by again , must tell my friends .

I've been a regular customer here since a couple years ago, I come here a few times week with my friends. The reason is because I live right beside this Green Grotto, but after today's experience I will NEVER come back ever again.
I was having bubble tea with a close friend of mine and the owner/manager comes to our table and tells me that the last time I came in with my other friend they accidentally gave us the wrong bill, and demands that I pay difference. As a waitress myself if I've ever made a mistake like that I would pay out of my own pocket since it's my mistake, not the customer's. And plus it's only $10 difference I didn't think that the owner/manager would harass me over such a small amount of money, especially to a regular that comes so often with different friends and they're making a decent amount of profit from us. The owner/manager continues to argue with us and make a big scene, which I think is poor customer service. So we decided to pay them and to never come back ever again.response / report this review -

Thanks to the cook/chef for the amazing dishes including the salt and pepper chicken that was crispy and NOT oily outside and tender inside ! We had dinner tonight and the chef is fantastic. The deserts were excellent, the mousses are very light and flavourful. The pistachio almond raspberry mousse is refined, balanced and light. The almond taste is not overpowering. I hope the chef and his cooks get all the recognition they deserve.

It was a nice place to hang out and get work done. They didn't serve the popcorn like they usual do until I asked. They did however served everyone else when they sat down. Not sure why. Also, the servers were never attentive to anyone. There for three other tables calling the servers over but no one came over. A guy had to physically get up and call the servers. Not complaining about the food or drinks, just on the servers and service provided.

Came here for late lunch and ordered but the server who took our order completely forgot to place the order in when there was only like 6-8 tables and 2 servers on the floor. Not only did he forget our order he was chatting and joking around with the bar staff at that time. I got tired of waiting and looked over at the bar while the server was hanging out his buddies. He then came and asked if we needed anything. That's when we asked about our order cause obviously the customers who walked in later than us were getting their orders and enjoying their meal. We sat there for one hour completely dried out and tired of waiting for our drinks and food! This operation is very unorganized and unprofessional. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

I decided to bring a friend to try the Green Grotto for the first time. My friend wanted to ask about an item on the top 10 drinks menu but the waitress couldn't understand my friend. Another waitress came and couldn't really help either. My friend didn't bother asking anymore and just ordered the drink anyways. The drink was not like how my friend expected which is why he wanted to ask before ordering. When we went to pay for the bill, the cashier didn't know which table we sat at. To make it clear, this wasn't during busy hours. It took them several minutes just to figure out which table we were sitting even though I told them the table number and that we sat near the window several times. Went to speak with the manager/owner, and he wasn't very friendly about our comment. I just wanted to let him know that this is very poor service. He didn't apologize and I overheard him speaking in chinese calling us troublesome customers.

I enjoyed the visit and the Hakkaido Milk Tea was nice and refreshing. However, we had to attempt to order three times as they were out of everything we were asking for. What we did get was great though.
