The food is delicious! I've had the brisket and the chicken and although I'm not really a big beef eater, the smoked brisket sandwich left me with a new appreciation for beef! Mashed with gravy also top-notch. Tonight I tried the 1/4 chicken with fries, so only 7 or 8 more dishes to get through. Oh did I mention they have milkshakes? You gotta eat here!

I visited for the first time today it is a great place, poutine was awesome. I love the gravy what an amazing flavour. Thanks to the staff for helping me pick the type of meat to put on the poutine, pulled beef was simply mouth watering. We will come back. The only thing missing is a nice glass of cold craft beer.

I went to Moe’s bbq last month when I visited Ottawa and let me tell you I was not disappointed. The beef ribs are the best I ever had and I have been to a lot of smoke houses. I also tried the brisket which was amazing as well. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend anyone in the area or passing by to try Moe’s bbq.

Halal bbq! We went today anticipating delicious beef and were not disappointed! We had the sampler plate and enjoyed our brisket so much we ordered another 12 oz! Very good and something unique in terms of halal food.

We just came home from our first time at Moe's and let me tell you, it won't be the last! The food is amazing, I had the pulled beef and it was perfect. Moe smokes his top quality meat over a wood fire, you won't find that anywhere else in this area and it's you'll love it. We'll be going back often and bringing friends every time. I look forward to making this our go to place.

Food was ok. Had the smoked chicken and wasn't smoked in the least,no hint of smoke at all !good bbq chicken but portions were small for price and were out of most of the sides. Which were all carbs! Smoked beans not at all! Beans don't have kidney beans In them. Mac and cheese was good and creamy,fries were good some were undercooked but otherwise tasty. Also ordered milkshakes and didn't get them until our meal was done and we were thirsty by then and we waited 25 min for them with no good reason,just sorry there late and he walked away.. All in all was unsatisfactory and will not be returning. For that price I can go to fatboys downtown for the same price range and get way bigger portions and carb free sides and meat that tastes like it's been smoked.

Friendly owner and amazing food. Platters appear small but they fill you up. The sampler platter is great if you want to try a bit of everything. Highly recommended the chicken or brisket.

First time there and whether you eat halal or not, the food is amazing. Melt in your mouth brisket, high quality sides and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
