Service and products second to none!!!! Staff is great, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all don't to earth and no sales pushy. Went to many stores in Saskatoon and could have saved time going there first. Excellent prices and great selection, and my glasses were ready for pick up in less than 48hrs.

Honestly the service is incomparable here. After going with the discount stores for years and being unsatisfied with the service, I decided to go to PointOptical to get my new frames and lenses in 2015. Service was great all the way through the purchase process.
But what has really been fantastic is the after sales service. Fell asleep in my glasses once and bent the frame. "No problem, we will take care of it." Found some tiny scratches on my lenses after 1.5 years of owning the glasses. "No problem, we'll get you some fresh lenses."
After years of being told "there's nothing we can do" by the discount glasses retailers, this is an absolute breath of fresh air. Can't recommend these guys enough. Won't even be looking at other places befor my next purchase.response / report this review -

Horrible experience!!! Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not worth your time to shop here. Prices are much cheaper for the same quality at other optical stores (I got mine from Factory Optical where the staff was so much better: very polite and willing to help)

Would give this place zero stars if I could! I went in on July 29th and picked out a couple of frames but needed to have my size ordered in. They said it would take 1-3 business days to have the frames in and they would call me when they arrived. I called after five business days, was told rudely that they would call me when the frames were in. It has now been 16 (!!) business days and I still haven't heard from them! I went to Hakim Optical on Circle Drive instead and walked out with a complete pair ordered and being sent in. Will definitely not bother with this place again.

Have been going here for years, tried a new place last night because of a groupon I received. Put a couple pair aside there and stressed over whether they were "right" for me and just had an uneasy feeling about themHad an appointment downtown and extra time on my meter so went to Point Optical to check it out. I don't know why I even attempted going elsewhere! The service was impeccable with a lot of variety in selection! The lady, Sarah, that helped me was AMAZING!!! We found THE "I can't live without" pair of sunglasses in 20 minutes top and at a better price! I love the service and appreciate all they do at Point Optical! Thank you!!!!!
