  Tom was fantastic to deal with! Bought two large cabinet sections for my enclosed trailer they were shipped out East without any issue and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend Action trailers!

  I have found Action trailers online when I was researching cons and pros on various types of trailers. I have to say that from the beginning to the end the experience of dealing with Action trailers was awesome!!
  the YouTube video with Shane explaining all of the advantages of the current lineup of aluminum trailers had already answered a whole lot of my questions so when I was able to talk to him on the phone we were able to quickly nail down the exact configuration of the trailer that would work for me in particular. The final price was great as well in comparison to two other trailer companies that quoted the same trailer configuration for me. The trailer came in on time and when I made it to Action trailers location to pick it up - mechanics in their shop made sure that the trailer is hooked up properly and explained to me all of the details of how to connect the trailer to the truck properly. I have been using the trailer for several months so far and it runs smooth, built solid and looks great!! I'll post some pictures when we have wrapped it in the company graphics but that'll have to wait until the slow season :) Huge Thank You to Shane and the team of Action trailers and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a trailer!

  Bought a new enclosed trailer, Shane was very knowledgeable and helped me find the one that was right for my needs, and I am very happy! The customer service is wonderful and the service guys make sure everything is hooked up properly and working great before you leave the lot. It was a great overall experience and I appreciate that they are there even after you drive your trailer away, and will help with anything you need. It is good piece of mind knowing they stand behind their product! I am very happy with my purchase!!

  I was in last week with my husband to buy a snowmobile trailer. We are so happy with out purchase they had the best deals around! Great customer service everyone is so friendly and helpful especially the girls behind the front desk!! I will definitely be recommending Action Trailers in the future!!

  Very Impressed with The President of Action Trailers. About a year ago I had an unfortunate experience with one of the individuals at Action Trailers. The president of the company took time out of his busy day to personally contact me to rectify the situation which was above and beyond anything I had expected. When I received the call, personally I was very surprised but as he said he takes great pride in ensuring that his customers " New and Old" are satisfied beyond their expectations. This is a company I would highly recommend to anyone looking to acquire a trailer. You can leave knowing that the owner Shane Thompson, will always be available if you have any concerns. After all a happy and satisfied customer is his main goal in business.

  We just picked up our 4x6' trailer and found the service person, Dan to be very helpful, he took great care in guiding us in understanding each part of our new trailer and answered all our questions.
  It's refreshing to meet such professionalism in Dan's service and in Action Trailers.

  DONT BUY A TRAILER FROM THESES GUYS,PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN ON A TRAILER,I WAS TOLD BY DALE LET ME CALL THE MANUFACTURER SEE IF THEY GOT ONE BUILT I WILL CALL YOU BACK.HE CALL BACK YES THEY HAVE ONE CAN BE SENT NEXT WEEK,BUT WE NEED A $500. DEPOSIT.BUT NEVER TOLD ME ITS NONE REFUNDABLE!!!!!!! NEXT WEEK COMES NOT IN ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY NO TRAILER.CALLES ME UP AND SAYS IT WILL BE IN ON THIS DATE CALLED BACK ON THAT DATE CAME IN 2 FEET SHORT.NOW IT 3WEEKS PASS DALE TOLD ME HE WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSIT BACK THAT DAY TILL THIS DAY NO MONEY BACK YET.I LOST SO MUCH MONEY BECAUSE OF THEM.I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOT BACK TO ME.

  Action trailers is an Atlas trailer dealer. Great guys to deal at Action trailers but they sell terrible trailers. Do not buy an Atlas Trailer because it comes with little to absolutely no warranty. Currently my company has multiple Atlas trailers and after only 6 months every single one of them has fallen apart. I don't blame Action Trailers for this because they are only a dealer, a middle man. But I do not recommend buying one of their enclosed trailers.

  I had a great experience purchasing a trailer. Stopped in just to look and was able to leave with the trailer I wanted. All the staff were very friendly and knew what they were taking about.

  Helpful staff, easy enough transaction, though upon hooking up my new trailer, a NEO 6x12, the safety chains do not fit on my F150. They would not let me leave without buying some extending clips, to which I replied I would not be paying for those after just buying the trailer. Needless to say, they threw them in and I was on my way. I mentioned it to Neo to help avoid that for others who I am sure often had this issue. I would use them again, as the issue was no fault of theirs and I appreciate them picking up the slack.
