I'm only giving Platos closet a 2 star rating because the amount of guys clothing is very limited. I would likely give it a five star rating if I was female based on the amount of clothes they have to choose from.
The have a new MUCH bigger store, where you can actually move around in without bumping into things or people!
I do also recommend!

Prices are WAY too high. And if you want to make a few bucks selling your gently used clothing, forget about it. I sold back a jacket I bought from there for $25 and received $2 for it. What a scam.

They have gently used men's and women's clothing and shoes. They buy and sell and offer outstanding value on designer merchandise. If you have old stuff before donating take them to the store. They prefer to take casual clothing rather than formal or business attire. Staff is really nice. They will be moving to a new location at the end of November 2017.

I feel they are fair with anything you bring in to sell, prices are good as well.. Space, not so much, somewhat over crowded, however it's not so bad if you go shopping when it's a bit quiet

It's alright here. They don't give very much for clothes when u sell them to them but the prices for buying are pretty good. You do need to be careful or wear and tear and stains and it can be a bit crowded with clothes and miscellaneous items but you ca usually find a few gems here.

I couldn't believe how rude the staff were too me, the salesgirl didn't even look me in the eye?! I brought in clothes and they bought two or three things out of it, I don't understand how this place stays in business they are extremely picky about what they will buy yet they give you the shittiest price for clothes they do I buy lol. Most of the inventory in the store looks old and outdated 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 to the salesgirl who was ride to me :" I'm not worthy clearly you're better then I if you work in a place with the word closet in it that has everyone's fashion "no's" in it"!

A lot of old worn out clothes and can be way overpriced. You have to really search to find nice things. Not sure how this happens because they are SO picky about what they will take. The racks are SO packed it's hard to look through. The staff are very unfriendly, with a few exceptions. Why u girls so mean?????

Smells, never has enough room to actually look at things. I do find the occasional "gem" but it's 75% outdated. And they never give you a good price for your stuff. Then over price things. Like Lululemon there is easy $50-$60 for a pair of pants.. used they should be $40 max Plus the staff are ALWAYS rude.

Incredibly cheap and picky about what they do and do not accept. I brought in clothes that were barely worn and I was told they couldn't accept them due to "faded colours."
The money they give you back isn't worth the trip there.

If you want to go to a dump go here. The worst layout for a store I've ever seen..not even sure it's legal for fire hazard reasons. You trip over everything and it's so crowded. Items are way over priced. Perhaps if the items were less things would sell and it would be an even come in go out type deal.. but no..

I'd rather pay full price for a brand name then search here and feel squished like a sardine.. sorry but this place was set up poorly. If your going to reuse items get sufficient space for your storethere's children/babies and strollers that should be easily equipped for a store that sells BABY/CHILDRENS items. ..let me honest whoever thought this structure was acceptable must of been a moron. I will not go to this store because it isn't worth it.
