  As per the usual, not so FFUN group fails to deliver. Customer service is abysmal. Call in looking for a part, only to wait on hold and be transferred multiple times and then hung up on after 15 minutes. Dont think it gets any better in the store, go to the parts desk and wait a ridiculous amount of time for basic information. Doesn't matter which FFUN building, they are all the same. Brutal service.

  Customer service is terrible. Tried contacting them about exhaust's only to get zero reply's. I guess I will go to PPSM or Martin Motor Sports for my BRP needs.

  Hard to find parts for my bike in Saskatoon. Ffun has been deadly. It's a little pricey and takes 8 days to get anything but none the less I get my parts.

  There just as bad and crooked as custom cycle was!!!!
  Service department is just complete junk. techs are terrible they do poor work and don't even care if they put a scratch in someone's toy!! The service advisors are clowns especially that Rick or rich he won't answer a question he goes onto something else. Treats everyone like there an idiot won't let you speak and just says random pointless stuff that he thinks you wanna hear.
  They think they'll all high and mighty now since they work with that loser ostacrusier
  People your better off going to different dealers in the province to get 400% better customer service
