3 for Looks of the cars, i heard my friend got one of these and then switched to Porsche but i do have to admit these are nice looking cars but the quality is just not there.

I've always been treated like a VIP. They have great customer service and always follow up to ensure things went according to plan. Can I also say, free shuttles and car loaners when your car is getting serviced? Would highly recommend.

First of all, I would just like to say the buying experience at Bema was second to none! The staff, more particularly Jim (sales) & Brad (finance) were extremely professional and treated me like a queen! ! They took the time to educate me and answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend buying a BMW from this dealership. I love my car and I will be back! Thank you Bema Saskatoon!

Have been dealing with Bema since 2008. Every experience has been positive. Gary and his team continue to go above and beyond whether it's a service appointment or a new vehicle. I love my X5 and will not buy a vehicle anywhere else. When you're in the market, definitely consider Gary and his team at Bema, you will not be disappointed!

We took my X5 to get the recalled fuel line fixed along with my air conditioning sorted out. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed the automatic lock on passenger side no longer worked. They have rebooked it in to fix the problem and will have a courtesy car available for me to use- extremely convenient as I have a newborn and a carseat is crucial. Very pleased that they stand by their work! This is why we will continue to service our BMW's here

This dealership is abosutley deserving of 5 stars. If something is wrong, they go the extra mile to make things right. Always quick to get you in, and if you give them enough time, they'll even try to get you a courtsey vehicle. Car comes back cleaned inside and out every time, which is a nice touch. I recently purchased a 2013 335i from Imran and I couldn't be happier. If you are in the market to buy a luxury vehicle, ask for Imran. He's a BMW enthusiast and has a whealth of knowledge to help you choose the right vehicle for you. No gimmicky sales pitch either. The sales manager was magnificent as well. Not only that, the owner Leslie really makes you feel valued, which to me, is priceless. I don't ever see myself switching from BMW. The simple fact is, while their vehicles are one of the best in the world, this dealership backs up that quality through the people that work there!

Really poor customer service. Not knowledgeable staff. We bought 2 BMW's from them till date. Didn't even let us test drive another one. Cheap and poor service. Once they sell something to you..forget about after sales service from them.

What can you say about Imran? I wouldn't call him a "car salesman" as that discredits what this awesome guy does for you. If you're looking for a knowledgeable guy who's as enthusiastic as you are about BMW's, then there's no one else I would recommend more highly you ask to speak to. Just say Gary, the guy with a funny accent and white 335i sent you. He'll hook you up with a good deal. Top guy and a pleasure to deal with. Shout out to Harry as well and also Dave, Sam, Peter, Nick and Johny too!

Got my Bmw from here a few months ago now, the initial sale process was a breeze! Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and informative! They got me set up with all the warranty and services I may need in the future, and I'm thankful they did! Anytime I've gone in for servicing the staff has been very helpful and friendly!
