Great food. The attention from the one girl waitressing was amazing The one guy whom I think is the manager? Not so thrilling What are you doing dude. Learn from your staff.

Staff was very helpful and understanding, We have a 2 year old who we always bring when looking at restaurants for reviewing purposes. They dealt with him really well, even when he was overtired and had enough ( we did the adventure coarse most of the day.) Drinks and Apps came quick and hot, My Wife order a beer (which was not that great, but you can't hold that against the establishment) the cheese bombs are named properly as they were amazing. Then the pizza, great options, fresh ingredients and tasted great, even when we brought it home and i had a couple slices cold that night. We were not rushed by service and were asked how everything was multiple times with refiles on my pop the time we were there. The only down side to this place is the price, While i'm sure it's not overly expensive for the area, and you do honestly get what you pay for, I found it to be on the pricey side of things.

This place is awesome! The food is delicious and portions are great. I'm a vegan and I really like that they have some vegan options. :) The pizza tastes delicious and the service is great!

For a company that built itself from THE GROUND UP and I can say this because I was a part of their amazing team as a server at one point. Jake and the staff are very helpful, apologetic when things go wrong and are genuine people. In light of the recent "vegan" incident I am reading about GET OVER YOURSELF. I really hope that the people complaining have either worked in the customer service/serving industry or recall ANY mistake they have made in their life.. no one is perfect and I would like to stress to UMAneither are you. So please, I have no doubt that the situation was handled with umpteen amounts of apologizes, coupons and a chance to try the food again. From being trained by Jake, and the other staff, being around his amazing mom/family and beautiful wife Bailey, I can assure you that this company not only cares about the community of London but also trains their staff properly, is a great upcoming business and should be given credit for all that it is.
The pizza is unique, the ingredients are REAL and of high quality, the price point for what you are ordering is more than generous. I loved working here and would highly recommend the food and the experience!response / report this review -

This is an excellent restaurant, great for vegetarians as well, even some vegan options! They have amazing nachos and Caesar salad. When I first saw the sign I thought that this was more of a pizza slice kind of place but I was wrong, they have an amazing menu! Can't wait to go back, great atmosphere as well! We were really impressed! The portions were big and definitely not cheap with the toppings! The salad was a great size and not cheap with the bacon that my friend had or the croutons. And the juice was not overpriced impressive!

I tried the deep dish and was amazed at how large the large portion was. The deep fried mac and cheese was also pretty good. Overall a positive experience but the food is priced quite steep.

Excellent choice for vegans. We ordered two custom pizzas: one vegan and one vegetarian. Vegan pizza had a great amount of toppings and the price was very reasonable. The vegetarian pizza was light on toppings but still very tasty. We ordered the vegan chocolate cinnamon buns for dessert, and they could have served 6 people. Each night has a different deal, so I'd recommend going on whichever night suits your interest. Prices are pretty standard for pizza place. Overall, good experience.

After drooling over their photos for months, I finally stopped by Pizza Projekt to order one of their mouth watering pies. Needless to say, my experience surpassed my initial impressions online.
Pros:
Excellent selection of pizzas to choose from
Top notch service that never leaves you waiting
Great crust and flavourful sauces
Inviting and unique atmosphere
Many other stellar items on the menu other than pizza
Cons:
Pizza is a little pricey
Due to it being located beside Fleetway, it can be a tad noisy and full of children.
Overall, Pizza Projekt was a big hit that should satisfy any pizza fan.

pizza project has the best pizza in town, let alone the service I received today was fantastic. James the manager was very helpful and even gave me his business card and said hope to see you back again. I'll be back for sure hands down. Wow, very impressed. You get what you pay for here, maybe a little more. Artisan pizza, and salad is what we had for our first visit. The chef here cares about the food, it's arranged like art when you get it. This is a gem of a small pub/restaurant. Can't wait to return.

Ordered the pepper gravy for my fries. Was so spicy! Called and told them I couldn't eat the fries. Jame's was wonderful and replaced my meal. It was quick to be delivered and even had a nice message. Great experience!
