The wife popped in with me and the kids in tow to look at upgrading her sewing machine. The staff were fantastic; they were polite, helpful, and even put on cartoons to help keep the kids settled so mom could shop in peace.

She had a machine all picked out, and then the staff suggested a lightly-used machine of vastly higher quality that was in a similar price range. It was an absolute steal!

Short story is, we were given A+ treatment, my wife was able to try several machines with different fabrics, and a great suggestion was made that lead her to get a great deal on a better machine than we would havead considered affordable.

Came in to see if my sewing machine case was in need of repair and to replace a broken needle, a few twists of the screw and a free needle later they sent me on my way. So helpful and kind!

Their messaging service is very thorough, and I received a prompt reply from the store. When I attended I made my purchase, and after discovering my mistake, they were extremely gracious in making the refund. I found their customer service was outstanding. Way to go Toews!

I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have purchased 2 Janomes at Toews over the years as well. In addition I always have my other 2 Singers maintained here also. I have to say that Anne is so very nice and patient to deal with. She is such a nice and friendly person and her knowledge of the machines on the floor is impressive. I always look forward to walking in the door to see her. Then there is Alayna who has given me 3 free lessons so far and WOW! does she know her stuff too. I can utilize my machine in ways that I never thought possible now because of Alayna. So I highly recommend is dynamic duo for advice on machines, notions and techniques.

And as for the repair/maintenance side of the business I give a big shout out to Calvin. He always takes good care of my machines and his knowledge is unbeatable. So thank you to Anne, Alayna and Calvin for your terrific work and assistance over all these years.

Bought my Janome Memory Craft 12000 a few months back from Toews Sewing, Just want to say thank you. You and your staff are awesome, very knowledgable and wanting us to be happy with our product always there if you have a problem. Great Staff and Good selection of product. Could not be any happier, except for them to be closer to where I live so I can visit them more.
