  The gentleman at the counter would not give me a proper itemized receipt of the cost of the parts for my dryer.
  You are at their mercy for the cost of parts and just have to take their word.
  Just make sure you shop around first before coming there.

  This place is a joke. Dropped off power wheels jeep for repair which was under warranty. Didn’t receive any call back for a month. When called and inquired, I was told that they have ordered the part and it’s back ordered. Called after 2 months and the owner talked rudely stating - ‘Did you receive a call back from us?’ When I said No, he repeated that he will call when they have an update. I called fisher price customer service and they found out that the part was not ordered in their system and the repair centre should’ve called them to inquire. I was told to reach out to the repair centre after 2 weeks. When I called the owner, once again he talked rudely. Finally I called the manufacturer and they helped us with a refund. I don’t understand why the owner has opted as a service centre for fisher price if he cannot provide the services. He acts like he’s doing a favour which he’s not as he’s being paid by mattel. Avoid at all costs.

  Very friendly, helpful store. The prices are competitive when compared to online etc. The bonus with supporting and shopping here is you get good advice and the correct parts because they will check based on model number.
  Forget online just go here.

  We have an old Cuisinart food processor that is decades old. Cuisinart has recently stopped carrying the parts. Thanks to Pickering Appliances, who had the parts in stock, we will continue to use our food processor. Prices were reasonable and delivery was quick.

  The owner was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
  
  After searching home depot and Canadian Tire without any luck finding the part I needed, I stopped in here and I'm so glad I did. I got the part in minutes without having to search through shelves or order online and put my project on hold while waiting for delivery.
  
  I will be back for any appliance repairs supplies or service I need.

  I share and confirm all the experiences reported by other 1 star reviewers. I placed my order in April when the item showed "in stock". I did not get my item. I did not get any update via email or by phone. After a month, I called PA and I was told the item was back ordered. Another month went by, no update, called, told it is still back ordered. After 7 months, still had no update and still had to call. Finally in Dec, the item is in stock. I was told that I had to place the order again. Did that.. Called to confirmed.. 2 weeks later, still have not received the item. Called again then they shipped the item.

  Website was user friendly and the delivery time was reasonable. But there was a crack in the part I ordered. I understand that defects happen, but my emails (plural) in regards to addressing the situation were completely ignored.

  Ordered bbq burners. They were shipped in an express post plastic bag with out any sort of packing material. I received ZERO tracking/ shipment information. They charge HST to people out side of Ontario. They do not seem to reply to email inquiries either.
