  Will not go back again to this place again. They are not transparent with their fees and my brother was diagnosed to have two filling. When the surgery was done, the Doctor told me he has filled 4 and I am completely unaware of that. This not only went over my budget and I was completely disappointed on the service and if you are going there, double check with the doctor in terms of services and fees. But I dont recommend going to this place at all.

  I have been with Bur Oak dental for quite a number of years. Dr Gupta and his staff have always been amazingly friendly and professional throughout that time, with my entire family.
  
  Initially I disliked going to the dentist because of the fear of the dentist snd the procedure itself. Dr Gupta convinced me that technology changes have improved the experience and had me come in for a cleaning. He was right. Was an excellent experience.
  
  All of his team are excellent both in their personalities as well as their professional abilities.
  
  I would recommend this practice to anyone.

  We've been going to But Oak dental for over 10 years. In that time Dr. Gupta has always been very transparent and open and honest about any procedure. All the staff are amazing. I highly recommend them if you need any dental work done.

  I was a little apprehensive about going because it's a little bit out of our way but I was won over by the experience. The front staff were very friendly, accommodating and informative from start to finish. Very important in my book as they are the first and last people you see. My hygienist was very professional but yet made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was also very thorough and informative as was the dentist. The facility was very clean and modern. They even had air purifiers throughout and television in the patients areas. Even liked the way they texted you to come in instead of having a bunch of people gathered in the waiting area. Really made a great first impression and I will definitely be coming back.

  Very very friendly staff. The dentist and the specialists are all very helpful and prompt. I took my mom for a gum infection and staff was so helpful and explained the situation very well. I am very happy with their service. Also their communication (appt reminder system) is very efficient.

  Been going there for last 10 years but won't after this, it used to be a 5 start plus place, too bad Dr. Sekhon left the place and the old receptionist too. The new receptionist is SO RUDE , and the rest of the team .not much better. Visited there twice in last year for cleaning etc, had to listen to so many smart ass comments & put up with the staff poor attitude . The place where I used to get treated like a family now has turn to this. Won't tolerate this BS. Oh the funniest thing was that they would book me appointments without even telling me and call me a day before for a " reminder" and claimed we had a conversation re: that oh well only in their imaginations ;)

  I think I can attest to being probably one of the few mothers out there whose children cheer when I tell them we are going to the dentist. From the desk to the chair EVERYONE is a delight to deal with. Kim makes scheduling and paperwork a breeze. Christina has the right touch and mannerisms around making all feel great and welcome. Job well done team!!! keep up the great work.

  We often recommend Bur Oak Dental to friends - Dr. Gupta is great, as are all the dentists. The dental hygienists are experienced and always ensure a pleasant visit. Kim at the front desk is wonderful!

  Dr. Gupta's office is staffed with top notch people, experts in what they do and delivering friendly and caring service. The service is excellent starting from Dr. Gupta all the way through. I would heartily recomend their services hands down. They keep on top of the technology both for the dentistry and the paperwork so your visit is efficient for your time. Way to go "guys"!!! Thank You.
