  This clinic has really turned around in the last year or two! The vets are a lot more personable and take more time with your pets, giving them little treats to make them feel more comfortable. The rest of the staff have always been fantastic and continue to be!

  On June 10th 2021, I had my cat neutered at morden vet. When i picked him up he was panting and clearly distressed. Upon returning home, I noticed his paws were sensitive and discovered his claws have almost been completely cut off! I emailed the clinic and the vet tech who "trimmed" his nails responded and said his claws were like that when he arrived and it was due to him shredding them. This is NOT true, his claws were fine when I dropped him off. You can also clearly see a straight cut from nail clippers, no shredding at all. I brung him back and the veterinarian, Julie, was lovely and caring. She covered the costs for antibiotics and pain medication for him. Other than his claws, the procedure was done very well.

  They are always friendly & professional. We go there yearly for our dog's check up. We had one incident where we had to bring him in to get checked for some pain he was experiencing - and they were thorough and very helpful.

  So impressed with the care we received for our pets. My cat had complications during birth on Easter Sunday and she had to have a c section. The veterinarian came in on Easter Sunday to save the life of our cat and her kitten. The kitten that was born and my cat both survived and we are so thankful.

  Very helpful and accommodating. They helped us with our dog and worked with our requests. Avoided surgery by keeping him in over night and helping him pass something he swollowed
